Kardia -- again!
PVCs, PACs, and supra-
ventricular
tachycardia
-- these three show up on y medical record (after monitoring) but not sure I can tell the difference between these three ectopics. Still wishing that the Kardia would indicate the difference between ectopics and afib.

The chest pain is random and normally at rest. When i get the chest pain i sometimes try and do some kind

Multiple Ablations
I'm now due to have an ICD implanted next week as they think that I'm at risk of having
ventricular
arrhythmias in the future. They want to manage the
tachycardia
with meds and the bradycardia with the pacemaker in the ICD. I'm really worried about having an ICD implanted and all that it entails.

Does ablation also stop PAC’s and PVC’s
Hello, I am having an ablation for afib at the end of January. Does anyone know I this will help with my PAC’s and PVC’s as well?

Pappone (CPVA)
Hello, I was diagnosed with afib at 38 this past May. Was working nights for 13 years and was around 300 pounds and wasn't eating or sleeping well at all. I have had PAC’s and some PVC’s in the past with OCD and anxiety. The worst of all of this is I feel everything even PAC’s. I know the moment

Newly Diagnosed and Terrified!!
Had my first noticable Afib spell a couple months ago. Was woken out of a sleep with it and called 911, pulse was around 270. Was not aware of what it was so I believed I was dying. I was hospitalized for 3 days. Blood work, continuous heart monitoring, Nuclear Stress test, calcium scan (result 0) and

PVCs?
Does anyone suffer from these weird heart beats worse when you have a cold? I've been dealing with a chest cold and sinus pressure for about a week and have been having PVCs every day! I know I've read before that an infection can cause these but my whole family has had this cold/flu whatever it is and

supraventricular ectopics
My ectopics are, the cardio says, supraventricular, but I don't see anyone posting about this type - is it the same as PAC or PVC? or something different? He saw on my Reveal monitor evidence of them, and said they were infrequent - but I'm feeling loads of them, certainly not infrequently. Will it

Hi everyone, early onset AF and changes in condition. Embarrassingly anxious 😟
Hi everyone, It’s nice to find this forum - but also unfortunate to see so many with AF! I was diagnosed with paroxysmal AF when I was 36 not long after my Daughter’s birth. I had months of “its anxiety/PND/tiredness” before an echo revealed a very slightly floppy mitral valve with mild regurge; this

Pvcs
So, I had pvcs (. Heart palpitations) for a little over 3 weeks. Well, they stopped about 3 days ago and now I'm unsure how I feel about that. It's like having your check engine light on for awhile, and you get use to it but when it turns off, you wonder why and worry cus it turned off. That's how I

A new milestone
So far so good. Yesterday as check up day for my icd. I have full blown AFib all the time now. Resting rate of 120. My curiosity always gets me when I go in for check up. So, I asked what the highest my fib has gotten. 300 beats a minute. That's not too bad for me these days since I no longer get shocked

Pvcs
So I started pvcs the day my dad died. Three weeks ago. I've gone to er a few times the dr and cardiologist. All my blood work has been normal, ekgs normal ( 3 of them) and an echocardiogram. Normal. I wore a holter monitor for 24 hours. I got the results and it was abnormal. There was a 9 beat run

Anxiety and pvcs
Going on almost 3 weeks with Pvcs ( skipped heart beat) wish they would stop. I have an echo tomorrow. Most likely due to stress ( my dad passed away and the skipped beats started a few hours later) I have had health anxieties for about 7 years. Now that I'm so focused on the irregular heart beat, I
