I recently was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia/Brugada's syndrome and had an ICD fitted. My insurance company then decided to exclude these conditions. Can anyone recommend a good company for travel insurance?

I also made similar enquiries some time ago - I think that you will have been directed to various sources of information.
I also had issues with exclusions and after a number of quotes decided that I would go with SAGA. They were reasonably priced and of course geared up to accommodate medical issues that come with age!! Some companies simply said no.
The annoying thing is that I already had an annual policy but with an exclusion, so the additional policy to cover the exclusions means for this year at least I am paying twice!
Best of luck - I am sure you will find the right company although you may have to go through repeated questions to get quotes.
l found insurancewith, you answer loads of questions which they repeat time and time again but l went with them and got a week in Spain for next September covered for £95.00 which was the cheapest around. l have a AVR, and pacemaker. l am also going to ring the airline and ask for speedy check in, as l don`t want to to stand in line for an hour and become hot, tired and stressed. Hope that helps. Take care.
