SPACER ADVICE
I have been using the four breath approach but recently tried one single breath when inhaling
ventolin
through a spacer and felt I got better results. Thoughts anyone?

Hello I'm new ....
Doctor has given me
Ventolin
to use when I need it which seems to be more regularly. When I get wheezy I cough up fluid and my chest gets sore when I breathe in or cough. Doc says I may have an irritated lung?? Anyone heard of this or know how long it might last? I've had it since Christmas.

Is it asthma or is it a chest infection
My inhalers (symbicort and
ventolin
) don't seem to help. Should I wait until Tuesday when the GP surgery opens again or do I tryand get an out of hours appointment? Even if I did, what more could they do? This is not fun. I have two kids who are sick of their mum being ill. 😥

Week 6 Run 1
Remembered to have a puff of
Ventolin
before leaving and spent the first run actually singing along to Laura's cheese-fest songs! The last run took me into the main tourist area of Rochester, so I felt the need to show off a bit and run like a normal person (rather than my usual zombie shuffle).

Wk5R3 OMFG :O
I also seem to have sorted my breathing out by having a puff on my hubby's
Ventolin
before leaving. That was the least breathless I've been throughout the programme so far. My breathing was completely back to normal before I'd finished the warm down walk.

Spring has sprung
Well I'm feeling a bit better still not 100% but getting there slowly used my
ventolin
a lot less today so far and had a good night sleep. And on a positive not on the first day of Spring the sun is shinning here in Liverpool hope it's shining where you are 🌞

Mild asthma? No asthma?
I only ever had one while in a flare-up, in a glass cabin before and after
ventolin
, which apparently showed a difference. Unfortunately, this was not in the UK and I don't have the report and no way of getting it. - both ventoline and formoterol work well.

Allergic Asthma and Train Travel.
My
Ventolin
was a God send but seeing people's reaction to an attack and explaining what the cause was, well let's say they were shocked.

I've been prescribed
ventolin
but on reading the leaflet it says there can be an interaction while taking Amiodarone (I'm also on Bi soprolol and Warfarin). I rang the pharmacy and was told nothing was flagged up. Does anyone here take both Amiodarone and
Ventolin
? Thanks

However I returned home with predisone to be tapered off over three weeks plus my
ventolin
inhaler and the new fostair 200 in replace of my clennil. Its been a long struggle now in week 6 and back on predisone 5mg per day and starting to feel like normal again.

When your asthma nurse gives up on you maybe there is something else happening
With no help other than Nurse Google I put my collection of inhalers in a draw only the
Ventolin
stayed nearby.

GP appointments
After inhaling
Ventolin
and resting I began to feel well enough not to call an ambulance. I phoned my surgery for an appointment but was told I couldn't see my GP until the 16 March. I was none too pleased about this but accepted that date.

Feeling blah.
Upped my
ventolin
even though my peak flow was good (better than it has been for a while actually) gargling with soluble paracetamol has calmed my throat but still losing my voice now and again.
