Spring has sprung

Well I'm feeling a bit better still not 100% but getting there slowly used my ventolin a lot less today so far and had a good night sleep. And on a positive not on the first day of Spring the sun is shinning here in Liverpool hope it's shining where you are 🌞

Oh it's the first day of spring - I never noticed. It has been very cold here in the south for the past few days and still feels wintery. I am glad it is better where you are. I am still wearing jumpers, my winter coat and boots! . x
