Need a rant feeling fed up
Why is it that we seem to solve one issue that then gets replaced with two new ones. I’m fairly happy now with the b12 situation not ideal but at least I’ve fought my corner and managed to get a p.a diagnosis ,at a price no thanks to nhs.and I’m doing well on my self administered injections every other

Surgery to the spine for mets
I have mets to my spine in the cervical and thoracic regions and have had the maximum radiation allowed to that area. It seems there is new activity in the area and the Docs are discussing surgery to try and eliminate some of the spinal compression causing pain and numbness. Has anyone undergone surgery

Low Calcium levels
Hi, I have had three lots of blood tests now all with low Calcium in the blood. I’m not sure what it means as I haven’t seen a consultant yet. I’m a 54 year old male, anyone got any ideas? I’m told that they checked my parathyroid glands and that they were normal. Confused?

Are My Vit D Levels Low Due to Parathyroid?
I'm female and in my mid 50s based in the UK. My calcium levels have been gradually increasing over the years but still within the 'normal' range (2.20 - 2.60) at 2.47mmol/L . My Vitamin D levels were 20 nmol/L ( less than 25 is deemed deficient) and parathyroid hormone was 7.7 pmol/L (norm = 1.60 -

Amazing feat !!
Hope you are all ok only this stormy day. At the end of February, I visited a reflexologist as I was struggling with acute abdominal pain amongst other things. Having been to several others before over the years, I was surprised when she told me, your small intestine is inflamed and your vitamin B12

Letrozole Ibrance and Denosumab Meds
Hi ladies, just a quick question. Has anyone on Letrozole, Ibrance and Denosumab had any tooth problems? Since being on the meds I’ve had a tooth extracted and as most of you know it caused ONJ that hasn’t healed in 14 months and now I have a broken tooth and lost a crown on the other side of my mouth

I’m not so sure about this...
After having consistent blood tests for 12 months I have been diagnosed with CKD. In trying to educate myself about this disease I have come to question if I really do have it. Based on blood tests I do but....I have no reason for getting it. Apart from low gfr and high creatinine, my bloods are fine

Auximen scan shows significant new cancerous activity and last post about my brother
Unfortunately, this is the last post about my brother. He passed away on October 6. My brother showed great fortitude against very long odds, and his courage and strength of spirit during this brutal battle was inspirational. I am heartbroken to lose him, but I know the cliché that he is finally at peace

vitamins online
I have been searching for vitamin-D tablets online for calcium deficiency. I am actually pretty skinny, so every time I hit somewhere, it hurts the bone pretty much more. So I searched online and saw it might be a vitamin deficiency. I came across plenty of websites, but there are quite a few. I wondered

Is it ok to not want to be ok ?
I only get 30
Valium
every 5 months. I’m having more attacks than that allows. Plus with a heart condition and MS, the attacks are seriously reducing my life expectancy. I’m happier as a hermit. I can no longer drive. A friend drops food and medication on my porch and takes out my garbage.
