I am looking for a recommendation of a good prostate cancer doctor and facility in Barcelona. I am finishing up two years or ADT (Lupron and Xtandi) after RALP and radiation and want to spend some time there. Monitoring and maintenance mode. Any thoughts?

What level should CA125 be after total hysterectomy & bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy?
Hi everyone. Supraphysiological Androgens [SPA] Promote Tumor Suppressive Activity of the AR Through cMYC Repression and Recruitment of the DREAM Complex
New study [1]. I have struggled to understand how Denmeade’s BAT (Bipolar Androgen Therapy) depends on supraphysiological levels of androgen (testosterone = ~2,000 ng/dL), considering that Morgentaler’s saturation model has it that androgen receptors [ARs] have all the testosterone they can use at

Lu177 Long Term Survival
Does anyone have long term survival figures for Lu177 treatment? Is is a one time thing or can it be repeated? Is it easier on the body than ADT? Thanks everyone.

Strategies to Re-Sensitize Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer to Antiandrogen Therapy
New paper from Spain [1]. "... we will review those strategies and drugs that are able to resensitize cancer cells to previously used treatments through the use of "hinge" treatments with the objective of obtaining an oncological benefit. "

sweating and tired
I’m having masses of hot flashes and I’m really tired. I’ve lost 10kg over the last three months (deliberately through low carb diet) but I’m thinking that might mean I’m now over medicated because I am less kilos than before. The other possibility is that I’ve not used my hrt patch for a few weeks

Bio Feedback
Has anyone had success with biofeedback? Our son is 13 and had dyspraxia, he can't locate his pelvic floor so as to engage the sensors at the hospital. Anyone have any suggestions on what we could do? We have 5 more sessions (4 hour round trip plus appointment) so it would be good to try and make

TURP and Prostatectomy
I am looking at a prostatectomy, but I had a TURP 8 yrs ago. How does this change the risk factors and my potential quality of life for a prostatectomy? If I did radiation therapy, they would like me to have another TURP to remove some of the prostate that is growing into the bladder before starting

HRT and diarrhoea
I started HRT at 49 a few months back, not due to menopausal symptoms, but because I found my testosterone to be at the very bottom of range. The very good private hormone doctor I saw said HRT should balance my hormones and is a better way to increase testosterone than by giving testosterone (it did

Radiation
I had the standard IMRT for my pca back in 2013. I was told it was a lifetime dose. Is that true with the newer forms of radiation treatment? I am faced with starting a six dose regimen of taxotere now since ADT does not seem to be working according to PSMA scans. My psa remains at 1.8 even though the

Perimenopausal and should I take hrt?
Hello, I am trying to assess whether I am perimenopausal or if I just have the usual under active thyroid symptoms. I'm 42 and struggle with the following symptoms...no sex drive and loss of ongoing dryness, headaches on one side of my head with constant tinnitus on this same side, tiredness and mood

Natural FET possibly cancelled
I had a failed fresh transfer at the beginning of June. The plan was made to try for a natural modified FET this month as my cycles are regular and the risk of prenatal hypertension with a hormone FET was not ideal for me. I had my day 10 scan on Thurs and my dominant follicle was already 14.5mm but
