Your cancer treatment record

Just before my o&v treatment commenced I was given ‘your cancer treatment record’ a little blue book, supplied by cancer research uk, as a place to jot treatments, questions, symptoms ect. I’d actually forgotten about it and wrote a small diary of my treatment.

Yesterday I was reminded of it as I spoke to A lady called Carly Cooke who has written a similar journal which you can find on Amazon if you wanted it. It’s not specific to CLL, it can be used for any cancer treatment.

just thought I’d share it in case it’s of use to anyone.

I was also given one when I had breast cancer, some years ago, and found it very useful.

Sounds a great idea.

I was never given such a "little blue book", but try to write relevant stuff in an ordinary notebook. It can be very useful when wanting to look back and check dates of symptoms, treatments etc.

Would have been nice to have a "little blue book" though - and more of an incentive to write in it and keep records.
