PROTACs: another technique to help with mCRPC
I always wondered, if these protein degraders can basically destroy AR receptors, hence overcome both castration resistance and making the cells refractory to androgens...wouldn't it be useless to continue with ADT? Oh well... https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332222015013

Working with Stage IV
First time posting (be gentle) Anybody else still at work with the disease. I’ve contributed to a pension for 24 years, and with being diagnosed, am I being foolish staying at work. Note-minimum retirement is 58 at my work. Also, did read this right, ADT only gives about 10 mos. to 1 year increase

Results of MRI
So saw the endometriosis consultant today and he was very good. My MRI scan came back and showed extensive endometriosis that has obliterated my Pouch of Douglas and fully attached my rectum and bowel to my cervix. I've got an endo cyst on my left ovary and blood in left fallopian tube. Cervix is swollen

Help with blood results
I recently posted here for advice on whether I need levothyroxine as I have been subclinical for 10 years and now my tsh seems to be creeping up the last few weeks from 4.88 to 5.59 and now 6.15 all in the space of 3/4 weeks. I wonder if it is linked to the introduction of testosterone, I started hrt

3,100 PSA!
After two (2) Pluvicto infusions, my PSA went from 2,000. to 3,000. I haven't had any hormone treatments for approximately six months, and was subsequently told my Dr. should have kept me on Standard of Care (SoC) right through Pluvicto. Q1: Anyone out there know of any options open to me in this

PSA of <0.1 undetectable?
I am on ADT, lupron and Zytiga, at Kaiser Oakland. My latest PSA came back as <0.1. My MO sent me a message with the results: "congratulations, great news, your PSA is undetectable!" I thought undetectable was 0.01, is it more likely she misread the number or that the lab used by Kaiser only reports

Diagnosis and menopause
So yesterday was the day I got my scan done by the gynecology consultant she was very good and explained everything. I have alot of blood flow to my uterus and I have adenomyosis present in the back wall of my uterus. Part of me was shocked as I didn't think I'd have it deep down but It was confirmed

No stamina
I am confident I have my thyroid hormones at right level and most of my symptoms are gone. I am slowly losing weight, alert, happy, skin is better. My arthritis plays up hence the inflammation but my main issue is lack of stamina. I can only really do one thing a day after which I am wiped out and need
