Everything looking good after 5 cycles of propionate BAT.
Refresher: HSPC, did1 year ADT Lupron-->Orgovyx + Darolutamide before embarking on pBAT.

Looks good. What per say was your (T) dose per injection.
100mg first injection of every cycle then 75mg after that
Very readable. Very interesting.
Does anyone know how long this works? I once talked to an MO and he told me that studies showed that intermittent ADT worked about the same length of time as continuous ADT for metastatic PCa. A little bit less but about the same, thus making it a good choice for long term treatment. But this is different yet. So have their been any studies, formal or informal as to how long this can be expected to last?
There are several trials ongoing and plenty of variables like different drug combinations.
The trials are almost all CRPC where only 1/3 have good response. They are testing with several different drug combinations.
They also use testosterone cypionate for one to three months before going on castrate phase.
There are several of us using testosterone propianate which we think is much better choice because it is a rapid decline of one day thus shocking the cancer with both super high T then hitting it with an ARi like darolutamide to shut it down. We generally do T-prop for two weeks at a time but we can be very flexible depending on PSA and as we are not in a trial nor on t-cyp.
The jury is still out on time to failure. QOL is through the roof compared to full time ADT.

Excellent response KocoPr, keep it up and keep monitoring, at least at end of cycles.
Looks great so far. Keep watching those trials. I heard good stuff about the STEP-UP study.
