Switching to enteric pred and tapering
I’ve Been taking
tums
which helps but is it Ok to take every night or so? I take my pred in the morning after breakfast and with Greek yogurt which seemed to be working until lately to protect me. Should I switch to enteric pred?

Seeking info on options for treatment-resistant major depression
Thanks in advance to everyone who reads or replies. I've lived recurring episodes of major depression for 30 years. I've managed pretty well over the years by making lifestyle and career choices that were flexible enough to work around the down times. Had reached a good balance with minimal episodes

My grandson is sick.
He gets chest pain frequently from indigestion and gets a

or Prevacid. The doctor wants him on it it twice a day. She called me yesterday I think and he was at school the teacher had called and said he wouldn’t eat his lunch. He said he couldn’t. He was hurting so bad.

I took a
tums
to ease the burning, thinking it's acid reflux/heartburn but it didn't really help. Then I tried drinking some water and I nearly choked on it. I'm having trouble swallowing and burning and it feels like my throat is constricted.

I'm new here and I've never posted anything about my mental illness.MDD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder with a sprinkle of ADD how to cope?
Hello my name is Devin and I have had the misfortune of suffering with Depression and Anxiety for most of my life. Im now 45 years old and I have struggled with all the changes and failures in life. I'm suffering from major brain fog so some of this post might be incoherent. I just don't see much hope

Anyone Heard of TMS Therapy?
I came across this on the radio in my area and wanted to know if anyone has heard of this and if so, any thoughts or good or bad results? I'm willing to try something new if it has a good success rate, but don't want to be a guinea pig. It is called Transcranial Magnetic stimulation and it says

New and Sacred for the Future
This summer I had 36 treatments of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for my depression. It helped a lot. The depression is still there but TMS took away the heaviness of it. But since then I have been experiencing anxiety. In the mornings I wake up feeling hot, shaky and focused on some worry.

Round 2 FCR complete
Thank goodness for
Tums
. After Round 1, I did not notice any health or fatigue issues. But at this stage of Round 2, I find I cannot do a whole lot.
