extremely confusing goiter/ultrasound
I am negative for all antibodies (
tpo
, tgab) and have had these tested lots of times throughout the years. My symptoms began around the time my thyroid swelled up. One Endo said that he suspected sero negative hashis due its hard rubbery texture but had a ‘normal’ ultrasound 7 years ago.

Help with Results Please
I am currently taking 60mg of Thyroid-S from Thailand. I have been for around a year and not tested in this time, until now. I am wondering if I need to increase my dose slightly? Would love some advice. With regards to symptoms, cold hands and feet are the main ones. My results have come back as:

New member with lots of questions about levo and NDT
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto´s disease in December 2002, based on a high TSH, low FT4, and high anti-
TPO
and anti-TG levels. I was told it was very easy to manage, and that all I needed to do was to take levothyroxine until my TSH was normal. Twenty years later, I am still struggling.

Thyroid tests normal 😳🤔
My
TPO
was really elevated by quite a bit. I have recently felt that my hair was falling out a lot again and that my skin was super dry. On the advice here I took the tests from the nhs website where you Pay and do it yourself. So these are the results they say normal. How can that be? All normal?

Thyroid questions + recent bloods
The results we did get back showed:
TPO
Antibodies: 218 (So definitely Hashimotos?) Ferritin 181 (30-400) Iron: 16.2 (10-30) Any thoughts on these? Some other questions that I have.. (a slightly random list!) - He is on 5mg Folic Acid, has been for 2 months.

autoimmune disease- more than 1?
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's in April this year, I had positive
TPO
antibodies and had an ultrasound scan done due to having a goitre, and the report said it matched hashimotos thyroiditis.

What have I got??
Here’s the kicker - I’ve always had elevated
TPO
(varies but has been as high as 1500) and my recent TRAB level was “positive” at 3.1 Basically my Consultant said that reading is indicative of Graves and wanted me to start a small dose of carbimazole but when my levels evened out I chose not to.

I have results. Can someone help me be clear?
The
TPO
confirms Hashimotos? Ferritin is high. Due to inflammation, probably thyroid itself? Vit D looks very low compared to level required posted online BUT could that be different units? I forgot to check those online with you before posting.

Strange result
Before self medicating I had a tonne of symptoms and a ‘moderately diffuse goiter’ but annoyingly antibodies negative for
TPO
. I did see Dr P before he left practice and started nutri adrenal with the aim to get on thyroid but he left practice during this time 😞.

Advice is needed please on Latest labs
My
TPO
is down to 17 from 600 which is wonderful. But my TSI & TRAB is still a bit high. My cholesterol is elevated according to the doctor and I know low thyroid is the culprit, but I'm not going to take Statins. How can I get it all under control?

first post, unknown health problem that looks an awful lot like Hashimoto's?
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me with some advice. Last June I developed a goitre and while investigating it I was found to have low potassium. The potassium loss is getting worse (I am currently on 6 sando-K tablets a day to stabilise me at around 3.5). I am under an endocrinologist to try and get

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies
One of her tests was for
TPO
antibodies. She was within the normal range, but had some
TPO
antibodies. Is this a reasonably normal thing, or is this a harbinger of future hypothyroidism?

Blood results and Hashimoto's
My latest results:
TPO
came out at 253; Serum TSH level 5.75; Serum free T3 level 4.4; Serum free T4 15.7 I would be glad of advice interpreting these results. I have been told I have Hashimoto's. I have all the symptoms: coldness, fatigue, constipation, brain fog, hair loss etc.

I’m new here…
TPO
: 306UI/ml. I started on 50 levothyroxine. After 6 weeks, went on 75 , a few weeks later, went on 100 levo. I was better but I still had many bad days and I was hoping to have my dosage increased.
