Hyperthyroidism with hypo symptoms
I recently had blood work that showed the following results, with normal ranges in (): TSH : <0.01 (0.32-4.00) T3: 6.2 (3.1-6.2) T4: 22 (9-19) Thyroglobulin: 179.4 (<60)
TPO
Ab: >600 (<35) I understand that I have hyperthyroidism, but why are my symptoms that of someone with hypo?

TPO antibodies and TSH both a little high, no diagnosis yet
I've also had
TPO
checked this time which is 48.9 iu/ml which according to our lab is within limits (,60) but other labs seems to have <34 as upper limit. I feel constantly tired, have inertia, memory/brain fog, heavy periods, weight gain and constipation.

Hashimoto's?
My results are: TSH 0.79 T4 3.19 T3 0.85 Antibodies 373 My GP said there was nothing to do other than monitor yearly, however I am concerned about the antibodies as she said that
TPO
wasn't an indicator of Hashimotos but everything else I am reading says it is.

Normal Bloods, but enlarged thyroid.
Hi guys, I've read around the forum but can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I have an enlarged thyroid both sides, and a lump on the right side, about an inch in size. I can feel the thyroid but its really only noticable by touch, by sight the swelling is only just noticable. My symptoms

I'm new & in need of recommendations please
feel better or optimal when their readings are in the below ranges or they'd keep feeling the symptoms if the results are not within these ranges, despite them taking medications: TSH is between 0.5-1.5 Free T4 --> 1.3-2.8 ng/dl Free T3 --> 3.7 - 4.2 pg/ml Reverse T3 --> FT3/rT3 ratio > or equal 20

Help with labs after NDT
I tested positive for Hashi's in January 2018 (
TPO
antibodies). I had been having some hypo symptoms for a while, which included cold sensitivity, dry skin, fatigue, and some brain fog.

I’ll put my results below and hope that some one can maybe shed

What is considered a positive antibodies result?
My results came back - TgAb is 53U/ml (range 0-60) and
TPO
is 50 U/ml (range 0-60). She told me I tested negative for antibodies and I saw the results on her screen and said "oh, they're quite close to the top of the range" and she said "oh no, they can be in the hundreds sometimes".

Hyperthyroid
Serum T4: 36 pmol/L (12 - 22) Serum TSH: 0.01 mIU/L (0.27 - 4.2) Free T3 is 9.6pmol/l anti-
tpo
is negative. Those are my most recent results, I think I have been hyperthyroid for over a month now, should I start carbimazole or wait for a while?

Blood results. Hashis/cortisol/CH??
Except, they appear (at least the
TPO
does as the other wasn't tested) to have increased since my last test.

Recovery if b12 deficiency is due to diet.
Im waiting for results on
TPO
and Homocysteine. We couldn’t get AFI test but I’m windering since my levels have improved on their own changes of having PA should be slim right? Otherwise my body would not be absorbing and generating increased b12 levels. ??
