Recent Results TSH: 4.99mlU/L ( 0.24 - 4.2) was 2.72 mlU/L in October 2020 ( I have been supplementing with Iodine for the last 12 weeks plus Zinc, Selenium, Vit E and NAC ) Have read to expect TSH to rise for a period of iodine supplementation, and then it will settle. A bit anxious about this. T4

Hi all, I have done some tests with Medichecks after GP said no to more tests. They have come back with thyroid antibodies raised, and low ferritin, as I was expecting. The advice from the Medichecks doctors was that everything else seems 'normal', but wanted to check in here, and especially around starting

So despite being told zoladex works.....clearly it doesn't
I am so thankful for such a knowledgeable surgeon! I had been on zoladex for almost a year despite pain every day I fought so hard and in my personal case a hysterectomy was a good choice. I was riddled with endometriosis in uterus ovaries even in my muscle wall! I had 2 endometriomas removed and now

Anyone else with endometriosis & C-PTSD? How do you cope? Advice would be really appreciated.
Hello, After over 10 years of painful menstrual cycles with irregular periods, intense mood swings and extreme fatigue, I have been (unofficially?) diagnosed with endometriosis after having an ultrasound showing a 'large complex' ovarian cyst. My mum had a hysterectomy last year in which they discovered

High Ferritin levels
Hi there, I could do with some advice with results after taking a wellbeing blood test with medichecks. It's safe to say that If this was a MOT I would have failed😵 I have a Hashimotos diagnosis and take 150 Levo and 75 tiromel. These are the results I am particularly concerned about. Total cholesterol

I have had a total hysterectomy including ovary removal can it come back?
So February this year I had a major operation to remove everything ovaries, womb the lot. Plus bowel surgery. I had a stoma until August and I have recently had an operation to reverse it back. Just the other day I noticed I had similar symptoms to when I had endometriosis. I’m very scared that it’s

Iron Panel Test Results
Hi, I posted last week as was experiencing severe hair loss for over 6 months and a blood test via the doctors which showed my ferritin to be 24 but the doctor stated that my hair loss wasn't linked to this and I didn't have an iron deficiency. I've now had a full iron panel (as advised on here). Would

Here are my past results on 100 mcg levo (left, 11/20) followed by my new results (02/21) on the right. Results are from Thriva and I followed "our" protocol, except I forgot to split my nighttime dose of T3, which I took just over 8 hours before the test. I alo did an NHS test this morning for the endocrinologist

Bloods Show Lots of Deficiencies
Hey, I’m new to the site and as some of you seem to have some really good knowledge I’m hoping you might be able to help me. I had a little girl 3 years ago and since then, my health has been really poor- always having infections or needing medication for something. I found out I had underactive thyroid
