She mentioned changing to
Tirosint
as it’s supposed gluten free (I’ve looking into it as logic would suggest it should be considering 90% are Hashi!)

( 9.2-24.1. ng/dL) On October 30 ( 5 days ago), my dr changed me to
tirosint
t4- 50 mcg in the morning And yesterday added SRT3 7.5 mcg twice a day . I have given cytomel a decent trial over the past three months and it was too up and down .

Dilemma to take more tablets or not?
Hi all.... I recently had a CRT - D fitted after my HF of 22 years worsened to severe heart failure. Since the device I have felt so much better.... and have finally stopped worrying about my heart and started getting on with life. I am 10 weeks post op and my 8 week check went fine. 3.5 Weeks on 75 mcg Tirosint, No Improvements, Should I Increase Now?
To all, thanks for taking a moment to read. At last check my TSH was 2.83 (range 0.450-4.500) and FT4 was 1.27 (range 0.82-1.77). Nothing else was checked because my current endo who I am ditching is a complete moron and refuses to check anything else. At any rate, while I don't feel like death warmed

Desperate for Feedback on Heavy Head Feeling
This is not like the 2-3 pm crash I was having before I started
Tirosint
, this is different. Or can someone who maybe has been where I am come forward and let me know that after their levels got to a good place this sensation went away?

How Were You Able to Tell if Your Meds Were Working?
I have worked up to
Tirosint
75 mcgs. Here and there over the past few months I've had good days or weeks that get my hopes up, but then comes a crash and I'm back down in the dumps with severe symptoms. Hoping to hear from some veterans! Thank you, Rose

Hi. I was wondering if anyone can offer any advice. Appointment Today, Need Help w/The Maths. PLEASE...
My question is how much
Tirosint
and SRT3 would I need to equal 1.5g of Nature Throid? Or Should I just stay on the Nature Throid for 90 days and work on my low iron?

Virtual bioequivalence for achlorhydric subjects: The use of PBPK modelling to assess the formulation-dependent effect of achlorhydria
Note the comparison was between Synthroid (branded levothyroxine) and
Tirosint
(gel capsule) - across a range of levels of acidity. (The range of acidities was 7 to 1.2 with 7 being neutral, and 1.2 being strongly acidic.)

Nail and Hair Changes on Ibrutinib
A range of systemic drugs has been found to induce nail changes. More recently nail and hair changes have been described also in patients treated with targeted therapies, such as inhibitors of multiple tyrosine kinase receptors, BRAF inhibitors and epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) inhibitors.

Has anyone else had tyrosine reduced when they get older? I'm 63 and have been reduced from 125mg to 75mg. I don't feel I function well at all on this lower dose.

In a real pickle
If it seems I should go back to synthetics should I try
Tirosint
? What's up with this female hormone disruption and mood lability? I for sure can't live like this. It's unacceptable.
