Fat-soluble B1, for a 25x enhancement at the brain ?
My question to you and to a neurologist who supports Dr Costantini’s Thiamine B1 protocol: Given the information below, I am curious to know your opinion about a switch from water-soluble Thiamine B1 to a fat-soluble B1, for a much enhanced [25 times] efficiency at the brain… —————————————————————

Rising TSH??
I’ve been on 150 of T4 and just switched to liquid
Tirosint
150. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what can I do? Ironically, I had mono back on the Fall and have lost weight and have remained with minimal appetite.

Amino acids and creatine
Yes I take creatine (5g day) and several amino acids (all 21 if possible). All of the above are very good for optimum muscle performance, especially recovery. Some amino acids are needed for cellular functions and brain health. No doctor will tell you this. You have to find out yourself. Lots of good

Timeline and help
Results of first 2 blood tests, 30 days apart. Most tests not repeated. Never tested for anything but tsh before, which was always in range. TsH 1.26 (1.8-2.5) Total T4 14.6 first test, 10.0 2nd test 30 days later (6.0-12) Doc said first test had to be an error as I am clearly no hyper T3 free 2.5

Can a product intended for thyroid and adrenal support cause symptoms like these?
I've been trying to find a way to support my adrenals naturally; I have all the symptoms of adrenal fatigue and had undiagnosed hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) for years. I recently made the switch to NDT (Thyroid-S) and read that it's important to treat the adrenals first. Before making the switch, I

Tirosint in Canada?
Does anyone know how to get this product in Canada? I've called around and it isn't offered. It seems rather expensive to just buy monthly online and I'm pretty frustrated by that.

NP Thyroid
Coming off of
Tirosint
, 24 hr saliva cortisol test revealed highs across the board except evening. Not terribly high just out of range. Anyone have tips on treatment for high cortisol and any reviews on NP Thyroid would be helpful also. That’s the next one my doctor mentioned me trying.
