Hi i had a full hysterectomy about two yrs ago, went onto Tibilone HRT, the pain got progressively worse, so my gp said stop taking the HRT for a while to see if pain reduces. I have been off HRT for a month, and only had 3 days of pain, which is great! However the menopause symptoms are bad and I am

HRT / HYSTERECTOMY & OOPHORECTOMY FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS
I'm 42 and having a total hysterectomy in April and about to start prostrap with
tibolone
. 4 surgeries so far, last was in April and diagnosed with stage 3 endometriosis, now with many bladder complications and suspected thoracic involvement but nothing being doing for lung and bladder issues.

HRT post hysterectomy
They started me on
Tibolone
and it was great at first. My memory is terrible, I’m having these horrid episodes where I can’t think straight/concentrate. My moods are so up & down & I’m exhausted. I’m warm but not having hot flushes.

The endo and HRT have caused me to become so depressed but i'm now on sertreline and have stopped taking the
tibolone
, but i can't be put on an estrogen patch because it could cause me to stroke. I'm in pain every single day and bleeding 90% of the month.

Anyone taking Tibolone HRT Tablets?
I would like to hear if anyone is or has taken
Tibolone
HRT tablets and what your symptoms are or were. I'm about to go on them and am having second thoughts about taking them. The last lot of HRT that I took brought back my endo, so will taking these new HRT make the endo flare up even more?

Zoladex and Femoston-conti
I have had non stop bleeding whilst on zoladex and
Tibolone
for 3 months. My doctor has now swapped
Tibolone
to Femoston-conti but reading up on it says DO NOT take if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding ... which I have!

I have had endo for many years. 5 surgeries, Mirena and 10 years of Zoladex/Tibolone. I have recently been suffering with anxiety
Depression and wondered if I am going through the “real” menopause. How will I know if I am forever in a “surgical” menopause? How will I know when to stop taking it and what will happen? Advice please.

Livial versus generic Tibolone
Having been on Livial for many years with great results I was given generic
tibolone
some months back and wonder if this could be the reason for return of some symptoms particularly lack of energy and depression types symptoms?

Stage 4 Endo - on Prostap/Tibolone 2 years - GP says stop due to migraine with aura as this is warning sign of stroke
He alarmingly told me that this was an early warning sign of stroke and I have been told to stop taking
Tibolone
. My next Prostap injection is due next week. My mood is very low because of not taking HRT any more.

Ultrasound couldn’t find ovaries?!
Had laparoscopy, went on Prostap and
tibolone
for 6 months afterwards. Things were fine afterwards but the pain gradually got worse and I went back on the injection in June this year. Went to see my gynaecologist in July who sent me for an ultrasound.

Tibilone side effects
I've recently started taking tibilone which has improved some of my symptoms of the menopause but today both of my legs are really achy to the point where I can't even sleep. Has anyone else suffered with this side effect and knows if it will pass with time? Thanks x
