T4 and T3 optimal 3 hours after thyroid meds, I feel great, but suppressed TSH is throwing a spanner in the works.
(Normally, I wouldn't take my
thyroid
meds the morning of a
thyroid
function
test
, but my functional health doctor wanted to see whether I was overmedicating, worries about bone health....) I take 75mcg Levo and 2 x 5mcg T3 tablets daily.

Understanding T3/4
Hello, I would really appreciate anyone’s thoughts on the reading of my recent
Thyroid
function
test
. I had to battle to get the T3/4 as it’s not normally offered on the NHS.

Low TSH... Doctor says its good
Hi all, My latest
thyroid
function
test
is showing a low TSH, my doctor says this is a good thing, is this correct? I've been feeling very unwell for a few weeks now, fatigue, pain and weakness at worst end. I do have fibromyalgia also, so I could well be having a flare up.

Feeling poorly
I have a Medichecks full
thyroid
function
test
which I will do at the start of next week so that I can also get my T3 result. I also have an iron panel kit which I will also do. I have been slowly increasing from 50mcgs to 75mcgs, and past 2 weeks taking 75mcgs everyday.

FT3 blood test
However, the GP has done a
thyroid
function
test
and not included FT3 blood test, which the endo also requested. Should I have a FT3 blood test and what is the protocol for this? Thank you so much for your wisdom, knowledge and for sharing it!

Help please in results interpretation of advanced function thyroid test
I’ve just received results of private test because surgery has reduced levothyroxine from 75mcg to 50mcg. Please see below. I would welcome some advice before I approach anyone. Jan 30 TSH 0.23 (0.27-4.2) T4 17.7 (10.5-24.5) At this point doctor wanted me to reduce to 50mcg but I confessed that

Decrease Nubeqa?
I'm 83, prostate cancer(PSA 30) with negative bone scan, negative MRI, but PET shows multiple small mets throughout both lungs and multiple lymph nodes throughout the chest. Started with 600 mgm bid of Nubeqa, and Orgovyx 120 mgm once a day. I also received radiation to the prostate approx. 6 months

Vasculitis Awarenes Month
May is vasculitis awareness month. Microscopic Polyangiitis (MPA) is inflammation of the small and sometimes medium sized blood vessels. It usually affects the renal function and/or lungs. Get a glimpse of Gemma's journey with MPA vasculitis. If you would like to donate to Vasculitis UK, please

Had the ablation.
Monday I had the procedure under general anesthesia-safely and successfully. The did give IV cortef at the start of the procedure. Since they needed to intubate my throat is sore for days but my ears-especially the right one are achy. I was debating why aching now; pollen count is moderate, and my jaw
