Have you had any recent blood tests done by your GP?
If you have you can post them on the forum for others to comment. If you don't have any current results you could ask your GP for blood tests first; thyroid, B12, folate vitamin D and ferritin.
In order to support your thyroid you need vitamins to be at good levels. I know from my own experience how ill you can feel when for example vitamin D levels are low.
Many GP's will not do full thyroid testing so members often use private blood test companies . You need to get a full thyroid panel including TSH, FT4 and FT3. If you're ok with doing finger prick tests they can be easily done at home. Alternatively you can organise a blood draw but that would incur an extra charge.
Iodine can make thyroid issues worse so best to work on vitamin levels first.
