Thyroid raffle email?

Hi has anyone received an email from thyroid UK asking them to enter a raffle. Says it comes from financial @ thyroid UK but its been flagged as spam and dodgy links?

Ah right ok.... I don't mind if it's for something genuine for charity but the email itself looks really odd. Plus I wondered how they got my email? Thanks for replying though 🙂

Thank you for that, when you click on the link it seems like an external company plus I don't know why they've used the email address they have....might just delete!

Please do not open any emails you think may be dodgy. There are scammers out there!

I got this email too. I don't know for sure, but my guess is that if you signed up for ThyroidUK E-News, this is likely why you were contacted.

I also got this but was suspicious . Possibly have your email if genuine if you area member of Thyroid uk as you pay for your subscription through the finance department?

Often I get phone numbers/emails picked up as scammers when they aren't. These things aren't infallable.

I got one, but I just deleted it. I thought the prize was a bit odd.

I certainly haven't signed up with the email they've used plus why come from financial? Why not events or something, even funding? I've blocked now as I looked at the link and it's an outside company plus strange prizes like you say!

Thanks for replying. I can't see how Thyroid UK would send direct drom financial. Before I deleted I check the link again and it's Thyroid _UK healthunlocked in it. So they've used an old email address on here I used to use. So hopefully admits will pick this up as a scammed has got the info possibly from here!

It's definitely a scam I believe. Definitely had healthunlocked in the string link and odd prizes!

Thanks for telly it definitely said health unlocked on the string link to the raffle & that's how they've got the old email address! Admits beware!!

Check it out by googling seems bona fide I've purchased some tickets see how I get on most reviews are good includes a couple not so good so we'll see.Yes I was puzzled after I read on here so obviously someone somewhere has sold my information on🤔
