Advice on test results
TSH 4.67, free T4 14.8, free T3 4.2, thyroid peroxidase antibodies 577, anti
thyroglobulin
antibodies 719. Do I need more levothyroxine? Is it reasonable to ask to be put up to 75mg? I must say I feel quite a long way from normal, and if it wasn't for working from home I wonder how I'd manage.

The Importance of Nutritional Factors and Dietary Management of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis
It is caused by an increased level of titers of antibody against thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and
thyroglobulin
(TG). Because of that,in HT patients, changes are observed in the level and metabolism of thyroid hormones, which leads to unspecified physical and psychological symptoms.

My
thyroglobulin
antibodies are over range however thyroid peroxidase antibodies are low in range – not sure what this indicates and would be grateful if someone could enlighten me.

My thyroglobulin antibodies are off the chart. 500+
My TSH was almost 4 but all other levels were good. Also decent vitamin D and Iron levels. I’m 41, struggling to loose a small bit of excess weight (bmi is almost 27) and my energy & sleep could be better but I feel fine otherwise. Good skin, hair and nails. Do I have hashimoto’s?
