Wait or start docetaxel?
Currently taking Nubeqa and Orgovyx but PSA doubling time is only 7 weeks and PSMA scan shows activity in abdominal lymph nodes, 2 vertebrae and 2 ribs. MO suggested DORA Clinical trial (everyone gets docetaxel, half get radium) but the head of a trial I was previously in at NIH feels that unless a CT

Please help Malecare's YouTube channel reach more men and family members. We need 100 new subscribers to hit 4,500 by the end of the year. That should be an easy reach. Activating lipid nanoparticles can streamline the production of CAR T-cells for cancer immunotherapy
A bio- engineering breakthrough is reported here https://phys.org/news/2024-03-method-car-cells-lipid-nanoparticles.html and the article includes a link to the open access research paper. Sorry, that's all folks. This is a phone and I'm on holiday. Italy shouldn't be this wet. Ciao.

combining standard PCA care with alternative care
In a three month period my PSA went from 58 to 70. Obviously my testosterone was producing more new cancer cells than my alternative treatment. I started the combination treatment on Dec 1 by taking 2 ORGOVYX. Dec 15 my PSA is 27.5 and I will take one more ORGOVYX today hoping to reduce PSA to 10

PSA on the rise
Good morning everyone, my PSA has been undectable, {<.01} since July 2022. Not real long, but it has been a good time. Felt good, no pain, can look on my profile for more details. I am on Xtandi and Lupron--(3 months). (I had taxetere in 2021) I get my PSA checked every three months right before

Likely secondary cancer but no information
hi I thought I had a cold and lost my voice back in early December, saw the gp first appointment after Christmas as coughing not stopping. Saw head and neck consultant in February and was told 10 days ago likely secondaries (5 years since initial breast cancers). I have a 3cm lump in chest plus enlarged

PSA post Salvage Radiation
Prior post: My husband, at diagnosis had 3+4 on a couple of samples and chose to have surgery. He had clean margins and reached undetectable PSA after Prostatectomy. Near the end of 5th year after surgery his PSA became detectable. He did salvage radiation at .09 PSA. His PSA went down to .08 after
