Inflammation and Arrhythmias
So I have had Atrial
Tachycardia
with several unsuccessful ablation attempts. This last one caused Pericarditis and I subsequently had to take Colchicine. Oddly, since being on the Colchicine, my daily episodes of SVT have tapered off.

Ventricular Tachycardia - Just been told
He said it was likely to be Ventricular
Tachycardia
and that the top two chambers were not working, he has sent me for an urgent cardiology apt and will wait for that to come through, he said if i get any chest pain be over cautious and go to AandE straight away.

Day 46 in hospital and finally discharged
Whatever the diagnosis there was always going to be an absolute need to manage and protect against the dangerous left ventricular
tachycardia
associated with an uncertain non-ischaemic scarring on the LV.

Would you share your patient story to help others?
Your words can offer comfort, support, reassurance and hope to people who may be newly diagnosed, or caring for a loved one with Supraventricular
Tachycardia
(SVT). Alternatively, perhaps you have experienced your condition for some time, or had a procedure and can offer some advice?

Tachycardia
Hi. After six months clear of af it suddenly came back last month. It seems to bother me every day since. I’m on Bisoprolol 10 and flecainide 50.x 2. Also became tachycardic. Spoke to gp who agreed I could increase flecainide to 2 x 100. Made me very breathless so reduced it again. I’m mostly tachycardic

ICD and driving - how long to be able to drive again?
Hi, I am currently suspended from driving following a syncope event brought on by an as yet undetermined single ventricular
tachycardia
event. Investigations as to type and cause still happening.Whatever I am being advised I will have an ICD fitted.

Kardia 6L subscription service benefits?
Throughout my hospital stay I was only made aware of checking for ventricular
tachycardia
and was never made aware of the above information in any feedback about general heart electrophysiology.

Bisopropolol and heart rate below 50
Hi, I was recently diagnosed with non sustained supraventricular
tachycardia
after a 14 day zio monitor. I experienced afib in November 2020 and had been fine until June last year when, while having covid, I had a second afib episode which resolved without treatment.

Side Effects or Arrhythmia?
I tried Bisoprolol again and actually felt okay, but still had terrible bigeminy and
tachycardia
. I have been on the Propafenone and have felt seriously awful. But I really can't tell if it is the Propafenone or the continued Bigeminy and Inappropriate Sinus Tach. I just can't tell.

High BP and Arrythmia
I was diagnosed with SVT
Tachycardia
3 years ago followed shortly after with a diagnosis of elevated BP. Although I rarely have an episode of SVT, as I've stopped the amount of exercise I was doing I often get a feeling of missed heart beats.

How reliable is Kardia and the reports??
Today I decided to send the second reading off and now this came back as Supraventricular
tachycardia
. So you have to question how do I get two different diagnosises with a minute of each other and a continuation of the same fast heart rate episode.

Oxygen levels.
I monitor my episodes with a pulse oxygen meter when I have bouts of bradycardia or
tachycardia
but lately my spo2 levels will drop to around 82 only for a few seconds then it goes back up to 96 then drops again to mid 80s while my heart rate is fluctuating is this normal?

Paroxyzmal SVT, Only when Eating
I get short runs of atrial
tachycardia
,...more than 3 consecutive PAC's, but fewer than 10 before reverting to Sinus Rhythm. Happens only while actively chewing/swallowing food. Swallowing liquids does not kick it off, but each new swallow of solids kicks off these short SVT's.

Now I'm really confused – surprising test results
My picture has been complicated for several years by atrial fibrillation which has the grace at times to run to
tachycardia
(very fast heart rate) , having me run to the doctors/A&E in fear for my life. 6–7 weeks ago I got shingles.

Metoprolol as rate reducer with no affect on rhythm....
So after my last Holter showed 8500 episodes of SVT (Atrial
Tachycardia
) in 14 days, with a 19% burden of Atrial Ectopy and 11% burden of
tachycardia
, my EP recommended an echo (which was normal, thankfully), starting Metoprolol, and Eliquis, while I wait for another ablation.

A new experience!
My heart rate had gone up to 125+ bpm and I was registering Possible Afib and
Tachycardia
. It was Bank Holiday weekend of course so couldn’t contact my EP so I went back to taking 60mg Diltiazem as had been prescribed by my EP last time this happened.
