Just wondering??
He is also on
Synthroid
and Lisinoprol and Metoprolol. Back in 2016 his platelet count was 162. Yesterday the doctor told him his platelets are 92. Nothing was said for 4 years that it has been going down until a physician assistant mentioned it.

The Dr is going to give it a try! Started Synthroid yesterday!
Hi everybody, I’m new here and I posted 3 weeks ago saying that my dr didn’t want to give me
Synthroid
, but now he will! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Long story long, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto 15 years ago when I was 27 and never did anything about it.

Hello everyone I finally did my bloodwork for thyroid after 7 weeks on 75mcg of
Synthroid
and 60 mg of NDT (Erfa). The bloodwork was done at 8:30 a.m. fasting with 24 hours for
Synthroid
and 12 hours for NDT. I have Hashimoto's. I still fell really tired, constipation, dry skin, etc.

Can hypothyroidism go away?
I was on
synthroid
.025mg or Levothyroxine for my entire life ... until I moved to the UK at the age of 30. My first test out here the Dr said my results were normal and there was no need for medication. 13 years later...

AbbVie and Allergan: Synthroid and Armour
[/i] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allergan AND https://www.abbvie.com/abbvie-allergan-overview.html Just to confuse a little more,
Synthroid
is manufactured by Mylan in Canada for "rest of world" distribution - excepting USA.

Quitting T3
I’ve been on a form of
synthroid
for 40 years. My entire family has thyroid Illnesses. Now I’m on 100mg for the last 10. My numbers were always within working range while on it. Feel good but developed FFA, autoimmune hair loss.

Withdrawal
Hello Good People: I’m on 100mg of
synthroid
. Recently, I cut my daily T3 from 21+21 mg daily to 7mg. This was due to the pandemic (I’ve had to ration pills) and encouraged by a TSH of .01. It’s been two weeks. I have minor fatigue and some sleeping disturbance, otherwise, seem to be ok.

Fast heartbeat - palpitations
I am hypo thyroid and Hoshi Been taking 50 mcg of Levo/
synthroid
and 5 mcg of cytomel t3 since April, 30 after switching from Armour thyroid. Since last night I have been having palpitations on and off. For few hours then stops. Is this related to hypothyroidism?

Thyroid blood test
My endo says that Levothyroxine/
synthroid
50 mcg taken in the am @ 7 am should not effect my labs and to skip Liithyronine/ cytomel 5 mg till after the test. Usually I have my blood tested @3 pm after 8 hours of taking meds.

Hair loss
My dr switched me to
Synthroid
instead of Levothyroxine because I’m losing my hair. If this is the cause of my hair loss, how long before I notice a difference? Thank you
