Possible Leukoplakia
She didn’t seem worried but the fact that I have low cortisol levels doesent help my state of mind because anyone who has low cortisol will tell you
stress
is not dealt with easily and problems become compounded. Anybody out there who can offer any advice, comment would be really helpful.

Aches and pains
Two months without the
stress
. I'm not going to lie - although it wasn't my choice I was appreciating the opportunity for a break after a tough and physically demanding year, but I expected to feel better than this.

Chest and throat discomfort
Cardiologist did a rest &
stress
test in August, told blood flow ok, & said it’s not my heart. As well as Lansoprazole 30 mg, I take gaviscon, but if it’s there nothing seems to help, as you can tell I’m now at my wits end.

Unshakable Vaginal Bleeding – Seeking Support and Insights
I've been experiencing unshakable vaginal bleeding, which I suspect might be due to extreme
stress
. While it has momentarily stopped, I remain vigilant. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has insights to share, I'd greatly appreciate your input.

So I had all the physical
stress
of prepping for a procedure, resulting in an AF episode, disruption and anxiety, all in vain, back to square one. Mister Not Impressed.

Running and osteopenia
As a runner who has been recently diagnosed with osteopenia in the wake of a
stress
fracture, I would like to learn more about fracture risk and running volume, also whether I should be looking at different shoes.

Need help urgently
I know networking is crucial in this process, but it's been a struggle for me to make meaningful connections and stand out.At this point, I'm starting to feel like any job that pays around 80K would be okay, just so I can start paying off some bills and alleviate some of this financial
stress

Newbie with Tinnitus and Pulsatile Tinnitus
After the initial panic when it felt like my head was about to explode, now I just find
stress
of it is very hard to bear. The only medical advice I've been given is ignore it, accept it or get counselling, which is much easier said than done!

Stress
formula which provides 100 mg B12 - not really excessive. How long is it usual to wait before resuming supplementation? Many thanks

Pregnacare before conception causing long cycles?
The only thing I had been able to attribute it to was
stress
. However, I was looking up the ingredients of the pregnacare before conception supplement that I've been taking and noticed a disclaimer on their website. "Some women have reported a delay in their monthly cycle while using this product.

Weird sensory OCD???
When I'm under a lot of
stress
I get mild sensory OCD. For instance I pay attention to the experience of the self almost obsessively, it feels as if I was caged within myself. This should be an automatic process. I wonder if anyone else has experienced that?

Charitable assistance for ex Army Veteran's and their families
The Veteran can apply directly for a Proof of Service, or the relative can apply via one of the military charities such as SSAFA, The Royal British Legion, Walking with the Wounded, Combat
Stress
, etc. Best course of action is to contact a military charity first, but it is well worth doing.

Is anxiety discomfort angina?
Does anyone know if the
stress
discomfort is purely that or true angina brought on by a certain situation? I have moderate aortic stenosis and have suffered with very bad anxiety for years. I know this seems almost trivial compared to most other posts on this thread but for me it is troubling.

weight changes on Estradiol and cyclogest for FET
We had 3 cycles in 3 months and I gained so much weight with the
stress
and drugs. I’ve had a little gap in-between the last retrieval and starting the FET and I’ve managed to lose a little of the weight but I’m dreading all my hard work being undone when I start the FET drugs.

"Photography is my escape from

and my MS. It allows me to be in the magnificence of nature, move, and breathe, doing as much as my body will allow that day. " MSAA's September Artist of the Month is Alicia Guilford with her piece titled "Fall at the Pond"!
