I am currently taking bisoprolol, digoxin, dapagliflozin, ramipril, furosemide, and spironolactone for heart failure and atrial fibrillation. I have suffered from tinnitus for several years but recently it has become much worse. Could it be that some (or all) of the medications are making the tinnitus worse? Does anyone else taking these meds suffer from the same?

some medicines are “ototoxic” as it’s called, for some people. It’s quite possible to change your medication - under the authority of your medical people - but you could be then worse off.
The best resource for tinnitus is the website of Tinnitus UK, the charity.
are you sure it’s tinnitus? I had noises in my ears before I was diagnosed and assumed tinnitus but it turned out to be a biproduct to my high blood pressure. Get it checked out. X
