Late periods.
Hello, I've always had regular 28 day cycles. However for the past 2 months my cycle have been up to 35 days. Does anybody else have very late or irregular periods? Is this normal for endometriosis?! Thanks.

I haven’t had a period for 6 months
I have congenital adrenal hyperplasia and I haven’t had a period in 6 months. There is no chance I could be pregnant and all periods have all been very irregular since I first had my period at 16. I am now 21. Do you think I should visit a doctor or anyone may know what it may be?

Waiting for diagnosis & mini-pill recommendations?
Hello, My name is Emily. I'm 27 and live in North East Scotland with my partner, best friend, cats, ducks, chickens and sheep. Like many of you I've been back and forth to my GP for years trying to make sense of my symptoms. I feel closer to getting a diagnosis than ever but an answer is still just out

When should I go for PCOS blood tests?
Hi there community My doctor has referred me for urgent blood tests to help understand what’s going on with my hormones. She suggested that I should get the tests done approx 7 days before my period is due. There are no appointments available 7 days before my period... but I could get one 3 days before

Endo / bleeding / symptoms
Hi I had laparoscopy 4 years ago and the surgeon apparently cut away the endo. He stated it would not return. Can it still return if its cut away? Assuming new endo can appear? I'm suffering with really heavy periods, coming through to my clothes after 2 hours of super+ tampons. Also had a bleed after

Contraceptive pill where no break is needed.
Hello, I need help with finding a new birth control. I have been stuck in the UK because of Covid-19 and ran out of my normal pills. I spoke to a doctor and they ended up giving me Yasmin and told me not to have the 7 day break- which caused me to have intense bleeding and periods 6 weeks into taking

No withdrawal bleed when on combined pill?
My first post... I've been on the combined pill for around 15 years now. I don't think I've ever had a break from it, but have changed pill over the years (Dianette, Yasmin, Cilest, Lizinna). I keep going through about a 4/5 month block where I don't have a withdrawal bleed during my 7 day break. I do

Period pain
My first period since coming off the pill a month ago has arrived. We’re trying for a baby so it’s just rubbish to have my period 😩 especially when it is so painful! I kind of knew it would be very painful off the pill as the pill kind of masked my symptoms a little bit, but now the pain is so bad,

Mirena coil removal - return of periods
My partner and I would like to start trying for a family so I had the mirena coil removed 3 weeks ago today but my first period hasn’t come yet and I still don’t have any twinges to indicate it might be on its way. I am not pregnant as I’ve tested several times since then. When you had the mirena coil

Is it normal for my period to last longer after starting the pill?
I started the combined pill on the first day of my period (21 pills then 7 days off). Normally my periods are 5-6 days long, but it has been 9 days and I am still having light bleeding. Is this normal? Is there a way to stop this bleeding? Also, is there a link between beginning the pill and developing

Experience of neurology during the coronavirus crisis. Asking for your help!
Dear all We have a virtual meeting of the Medical Advisory Panel of Ataxia UK in a couple of weeks. One of the topics we will be discussing is how neurology appointments have been affected by the coronavirus climate that we unfortunately find ourselves in. I would be so grateful if you could let me
