This latest bout was really bad for about 4 days then every day since (over a month now) I need the loo 2/3 times in quick succession first

Like everyone, I'm trying desperately to get my antibodies at an optimal range. I currently take 75 mcg of Tirosint and also something called T-150 by Xymogen, which my functional doc prescribed. (It's basically a bovine, multi-glandular, mineral, and herbal formula to support healthy thyroid function

Sodium n fluid restrictions
How strick do we need to be?. I have been under my permitted limits of both sodium n fluid every day for 7 weeks, but today I'm probably 200ml over my 2ltr fluids. Does a one off day amount without going crazy affect anything major? Whilst on the subject, would one day slightly over the 2g sodium limit.do

I had RAI in 1998 and been on Levo since 1999. Last time I saw an endocrinologist was in 99. Been on 200 initially, reduced to 175, then 150 which made me feel absolutely awful, so increased to 162.5 and feel absolutely fine. Doc stated I was overactive on this, suggested m that I reduce to 125 and we

is iodine in almond milk a problem
I’m sorry if I’m making too many posts here. I’m happy to be redirected if better. I just noticed that my almond milk says it contains iodine. Does this mean I should avoid it? I’m just trying to have a life detox of all things bad for thyroid.

Hello all, are there any on this forum taking lisinopril for high blood pressure? I just came across this today and it could explain why I and maybe others have more afib episodes than we should; 1. Hi! I have been hypothyroid for many years, and until recently I never had problems with my thyroid numbers, or with how I felt on the medication. I was taking a compounded T3/T4 for years, but then moved locations, and accessibility plus costs led me to change to NP Thyroid, which also seemed fine.

My wife has hypothyroidism she is 70 years, have learnt the hard way that getting the correct dosage right is counterintuitive. We live in Somerset, she pays private for Earfa, her current dosage is 30 mg or half 60 mg pill. Just got the results TSH = 2.57. T3 = 4.0. T4 =8.1 Both the T3 ( 3.8

Weight gain and IBS
my story is long, so I will keep it concise. I have had IBS with urgency since I was a teenager getting progressively worse when I started work. I have tried lots of things none of which resolved things. Currently I take 4 Imodium per day if I have to go anywhere as a precaution, if I try to not take
