Hi all I've been having loose BMs on and off for about a week now, mainly in a morning. Normally, my IBS steers towards the constipation side, but this is predominantly loose and this morning the second BM was more like diarrhea. Had to take Imodium. In between all this was a BM a few days ago that

Treatment after Lu /Pluvicto?
It seems that there is paucity of data related to the effectiveness of treatments after Lu/Pluvicto. I'm beginning to suspect that pubished survival benefits for Radium 223/Pluvicto and chemotherapy cannot be assumed to be anticipated if the patient has had Pluvicto. My husband has completed 6 sessions

Reassurance
Hello all, Hope everyone is feeling well. I've always tried to reassure people on here when they are worried about IBS , but now, I'd like some reassurance please. Over the last week I'm having constant symptoms, I've no idea why this is. I've been having the same symptoms for 15 years, and each

Traveling with Imodium
I am due to fly to France in September and take the occasional Imodium/loperamide to help with my IBS. I want to take some of these with me but I'm not sure of how to go about this. Has anyone taken this medication on a plane, can it go in your cabin bag. I have tried to google this but can't seem

Thyroid Test Result
Hi Everyone Just to give you a brief history, I was diagnosed with Graces Disease in 2007, I had RAI treatment in 2008. Since then I have had a yearly blood test which have always been within the normal range. I don’t take thyroxine, I’m 67years of age. The symptoms I’ve got now is tiredness, constipation

Rai question
I'm just wondering about RAI (not relevant now but I'm doing research for future) when you have toxic nodules. Is it true that the radioactive solution just kills the nodules or is the whole thyroid destroyed? Does hypothyroidism always happen? If you had no TED before is it safe in terms of eye issues

CLL History
When I was first diagnosed the names we followed with great care were Dr Kanti Rai, Dr Terry Hamblin, and Dr Michael Keating. These men were the true pioneers in diagnosing CLL and providing some relief from this disease, about which little was known previously. Thus it is with sincere thanks that

Tainted Blood Sample - Additional Info
Did not anticipate another blood sample error yesterday using hematology clinic lab with the personal touch specifically to avoid errors. Finding the positive, it is good to know that it is not only potassium that can be skewed greatly from a bad/coagulated sample but also protein and liver AST (aspartate

Olaparib and Radium 223 synergy ?
I seem to recall seeing that there was a trial on seeing if there was synergy to taking Olaparib and Radium 223. But can not find it. Anyone have any knowledge of this? I'm BRCA2 mutated and currently taking Olaparib, and considering Radium 223. Thanks.

No ICU diary kept by hospital , no discharge help, no rehab , no advice on how I would feel

Radioactive Iodine
Hi. I'm nearly 70. male. Previously well, 4 months ago I developed palpitations. Turned out to be atrial fibrillation. Bisoprolol stopped it. They took an armful of blood and amongst all the normals my TSH was unrecordable, T3 26 (3.3-6.1) T4 49 (11.5-22.4). With Carbimazole my T3 is now 5.1 and
