So my ongoing test of Potassium Citrate has been fantastic! As soon as I feel my legs or hips...starting up my husband notices and says take your pill ( 2 over the counter Potassium Citrate has been working for me, if it starts to come back I take another one. I have had 0 episodes of "midnight madness

So glad I found this site - I love life UNTIL this happens
oh my gosh! I've been on various sites, mainly emetophobia ones (this is why I have anxiety, I am MORTIFIED of feeling sick) and since Jan last year ive had an inconsistent battle with what I have self-diagnosed as IBS. The issue I have is that I altered my diet since moving to a big city (I did live

frightened-constipation
i am really constipated. i recently had blood tests that showed a high level of magnesium so i was taken off all magnesium.magnesium is the one item that really helps me. i'm afraid to do an enema since they tend to cause me to have what a call a "session" (hours of screaming pain until it breaks loose

Diet/supplement changes for 2019
I feel I got to a point of being a but "stuck" over the last couple of months - with no obvious vitamin/mineral deficiencies I had got my TSH down to 2.7 over a 2 year period (started at 30) and T3/T4 all look in the right ranges. I have not checked TPO for a long time - will do so over the next few

What Should I Do??? So Upset!
I just found out that my eGFR is 59 (down from 61 three months ago) And I am in panic mode! Dr. isn't concerned...my blood protein, sodium, albumin are normal. My creatinine is upper limits of normal at.97 (normal up to 1.0) I have no symptoms. I also have borderline osteoporosis and was told by my doctor

Aloflorex - Does it work?
Hi guys. I wrote a post a few weeks ago about my ibs and how bad it gets when I’m stressed and how I have had a flare up since I moved house last year and now I have started a new job. Two of the most stressful things in life so I guess it’s no surprise my ibs has reared it’s ugly head. Anyway, someone

Gout and CKD
Hi, everyone. About three years ago, way before I started to watch what I ate, I went to a great Chinese buffet two days in a row. Each day I literally ate pounds of beef, chicken and shrimp. On the third day I suffered my first Gout attack of my life. I won't bother you with the details, but the

5 year old, no longer constipated, but is scared to poo and withholds it
Hello all. Our 5 year old son was constipated 10 days ago but we gave him movicol and suppositories and got all the backlog out. However, he is now refusing to let his soft poo come out. He is shouting from pain and is in a very bad mood and is unpleasant to be with (very different from his regular character
