Anyone ever feel like your brain has "reset"

Keppra, memory problems
, my story, I'm a 64 year old , reasonably fit Male, in January 2020 , I had a fit in my sleep , and was taken to hospital, I don't recall anything about it. after a MRI scan of my head , (normal), my consultant told me I had, Temporal lobe epilepsy, and prescribed me 750 mg of Keppra

What's your first dose when starting out on Keppra?
Hi, I've just been told to switch from Lamotrigine to Keppra, but not given a starting dose. The neurologist said to head for 750mg x 2 per day, but no other details, then he retired!! . How has anyone else started? thanks

Switching from high dose Lamotrigine to Keppra
I'm currently on 700 mg Lamotrigine/day, but am still having a partial seizure every 3 to 4 weeks. It has been decided to swap me to Keppra from today. The consultant is putting me on 500mg Lamotrigine plus 2 x 500mg Keppra from today. (He'll increase the Keppra over the next few weeks) Has anybody ever

I contracted VE back in 2019 which damaged that part of my brain which primarily to memory. I have recently changed medication from Keppra to Lamotrigine. Has anyone experience of the latter in terms of side effects?

GPA relapse advice needed
Good Morning to you all. I was hoping someone who could advice me on GPA Replase. I was diagnosed back in April of this year spent over 2 weeks in hospital and treated with Rituximab and continue on steroids unable to tolerate Azathioprine so spent the summer reducing steroids down from 60 mg to 10mg
