Breastpump recommendation & timings?
Hi all, I’m 32 weeks pregnant with twins, and scheduled for a c-section in just five weeks time. I had an NCT class this week which was all about feeding, with a heavy focus on breastfeeding. Tbh, I haven’t thought too much about it until now… I don’t really want the pressure from someone telling me

Hi Everyone, Sorry for the long post I'm about to do but I just feel I need to write it all down. First a little background. I am overweight and I have PCOS, I have had it for over 20 years and have had no medication for it and I have 3 children, all by c-section. About 5 years ago I started getting

Private laparoscopy
Hey there. I’m a 32 year old female, I had horrendous hyperemesis gravidarium while pregnant and since then my health hasn’t been the same. I’ve developed suspected endometriosis, which became terrible last year and I have a c section niche. Since having my covid booster I’m having a period every 12

25 weeks pregnant? Recommend best things to avoid c section.
Hi, how are you? Today i went to my gynecologist who will do my delivery. I am 25 weeks pregnant. Every thing is okay just baby is in breached position. We generally ask what should we expect i will do normal delivery or csection. He said be prepared for c section. But honestly i want normal delivery

Right to request induction for labour? Midwife says it’s my choice and right. Sensitive content -Don’t read if you are frightened of birth
I’m sorry to post so frequently! My growth scan showed my baby is looking quite big estimated 5 lbs 11oz at 33 weeks and 6 days. She has had a huge growth spurt on her chart! Tummy measuring over. 96% on centile chart which sonographer said is the biggest indicator of a bigger sized baby. My grown up

Period after stopping prostap
Just looking for some advice/experiences. I stopped my prostap injections in October, I could not handle the bone pain. My pmdd and most of my endo symptoms went away whilst on the injection. My period came back on Monday, lighter than usual but more brown and thick (tmi, sorry!). I have had less cramping

C-section over natural labour
Hi all, wondered if anyone has experience with his - are we able to request to have a c-section with NHS? Is it our right to choose or will they try to push you into natural labour unless you have a medical reason for a c-section? Thanks a lot x

Prostap experiences
Hi Had Prostap injection almost 2 weeks ago now. I’ve been diagnosed with andeno but they think I’ve also got endo. Obviously massive wait times to get anything done so they’re trying this to help the pain. Pain hasn’t gone at all and I’ve been bleeding (a lot for me). I know they said it can take 4

So Confused!
Hi everyone. I’m just after some advice before my next follow up next week. Had a lap in July, was told endo was found and excision done, shown pictures. Biopsy came back negative for endometriosis? But he excised something?? At my last appointment I was out on Prostap and I’m now almost 3months in

Recovery after PLANNED C-section
What have your experiences been like of planned c-sections? I know recovery is supposed to last 6 weeks but I keep hearing different experiences. I have a few questions: Was the father allowed to be present during the surgery to see the baby born? How soon after could you hold your baby? How soon did

Pain with every move
Hi please help I was on the menopause injections for 2 years, I switched between zoladex and prostap, and although I bled through out the 2 years and experienced bad menopausal side effects it helped me manage my endo pains. In March of this year I reached 2 years of using these injections, and I'm

Am I overreacting?
Hi all👋🏻 Had New Year’s Day lunch with my wife, parents, sister, brother in law and nieces today and I’ve come away, replayed the situation in my head and now I’m so upset ( I am a slow burn and it annoys me that I don’t react quickly to shut things down sometimes). I expressed that currently I would

Pain everywhere.. struggling so bad.
The surgeon told me 7 years ago after surgery that the endo could come back and he was right. Only this time the pain is so much worse. The left side of my body is tender to touch especially around my c section where the endo was previously. My left leg constantly has a burning pain and 5 months ago

Prostap side effects
Hi everyone! I had my first prostap injection 4 weeks ago. Im just after some advice RE side effects please! I haven’t really had any of the typical ones, hot flushes etc. My mood has been so incredibly low though and I feel really anxious and paranoid all the time. Did anyone else experience this?

Norethisterone
Hi ladies Anyone taken norethisterone to induce period? Did you take it for 5 or 10 days. Very stressed currently. Due to start my next IVF cycle but my period is later after being on Prostap. The clinic is taking the last treatment on the 1 Dec as it needs to have a deep clean in theatre. That gives
