Dapagliflozin and increased urine output.
Hi all, I had HA oct 21 and cardiologist suggested I take dapagliflozin which would give me a "long and healthy life". I stopped it dec due to several uti and increased urine output. I am now up around 15 times in night to pass urine and also excessive thirst. My dr has done all tests for diabetes

Dapagliflozin - any experience?
Hi All, I’ve just been prescribed Dapagliflozin and was wondering what peoples’ experiences with this drug are? My understanding is that it’s only recently been approved for use in heart patients, and is primarily a diabetic drug (I am not diabetic). Anyone got experience with this medication?

Dapagliflozin
Following my Cardiology consult just before Christmas my cardiologist increased the dosage of Bisoprolol, changed my Simvastatin to an increased dose of Atorvastatin, but left my Ramipril as before. New addition to the regime is Dapagliflozin as I am borderline diabetic also. Do any of you take this

LVEF on the increase
Some promising news to share. Heart Nurse asked the Consultant to agree to prescribing Entresto and Dapagliflozin for me. Just over four months later my EF has increased from 33% to 45%. Very pleasing and hope it continues!

Long story ahead! It’s been a few weeks of ‘things’. In early November hubby complained his head was sore, which can mean all sorts since his stroke and not always being able to explain very well. Two days later he had a cluster of little blisters by his eye - shingles. A course of Aciclovar stopped

Worried about husband type 2 diabetic
My husband is on metformin and has now had it increased to 2000 mg daily with another tab now included called for Dapagliflozin 10mg, but when he’s using the urine dipstick the colour is dark brown which indicates far too much sugar, he’s been passing blood for three weeks and was given antibiotics for
