We have been asked the following for people in England who may be prescribed dapagliflozin (Forxiga)

The Accelerated Access Collaborative, part of NHS England and NHS Improvement, would like to hear from you to understand your views and experience of Dapagliflozin from a patient / lived experience perspective. If you have experience of taking this product, or have been offered this product previously, if you live in the UK, please join us in an online focus group on Tuesday 30th November at 12-2pm.

Please contact us if you are interested in receiving more information and you consent to be contacted by the A F Association : info@afa.org.uk
