Is anyone still having difficulty getting Wockhardt Levothyroxine?

I started a trial of levothyroxine in may this year after a medichecks test showed borderline hypo. I did the test because I was severely symptomatic. I thought, at first, that it was due to CFS/ME getting worse(diagnosed in approx 2019, but i think now that i have had an uat for years. I looked at past

Q re Levo not "topping up" natural thyroid hormones and side effects of overmedication
I've been prescribed levo recently and am currently struggling to work out what does works for me and doesn't send me into a jittery, irritable mess. I can't remember blood test results exactly but something like 6.8 TSH and low T3. All my other bloods were fine. I've been on a super healthy diet and

Confused
Can I just ask a question because I am very confused. I have always had sub-clinical hypo thyroid results with a TSH of around 5.4 (range 0.27-4.2) and a T4 result within range but even on 50mg Levothyroxine it caused me to sweat profusely . As my TSH was still high I was increased to 75mg and then 100mg

Can NDT help with low calcium levels?
Since my total thyroidectomy in April I have been on put on 125 mcg of Levothyroxine and am tolerating it quite well ( no gastro problems like with most tablets and energy levels ok ) except for extreme muscle stiffness and joint pain. Calcium levels tend to be fluctuating between ‘ normal’ and low.

Women are not taken seriously by most doctors when experiencing health problems.
I went through a really rough time a couple of years after I had my first child when I was about 31 years old. I had never experienced PMT prior to the birth. I was lucky. However, I became aware of gradual fatigue, and anxiety, and hot flushes. I went to my GP to ask if I could be going through the

statins & underactive thyroid
I had a cholesterol reading of 6.9 and was told this is too high. The nurse asked how I felt about going on statins although she said I am low risk due to my lifestyle & diet. I’m not keen on going on statins because I heard that they are not good to take if you have an underactive thyroid. Also was

Thyroid Test Help
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) in 2017. Hashimoto's runs in my family. I think my primary doctor originally prescribed 50 mcg levothyroxine and when I got in to see an endocrinologist he upped this to 125 mcg and after a few months dropped it down to 75 mcg. I took 75 mcg daily for

Starting T3
Today I saw an nhs endo who agreed to prescribe a 3 month trial of T3 (liothyroxine) From previous post and advice on here I believe I am a poor converter. He wasn’t entirely sympathetic and disagreed with most things I said. His views included ‘no point in testing T4 or T3 as it’s too variable, only

How to obtain NDT (e.g., Armour/ERFA Thyroid)?
Hi, I have autoimmune hypothyroidism and I'm currently taking levothyroxine (25mg), but I've read that some people prefer taking NDT. I'm thinking of getting a prescription for NDT from a private UK doctor, but I was also wondering if I could get NDT from a reputable online source without a prescription

Brands levothyroxine
Hi everyone, I've been taking Mercury Pharma levothyroxine for a long time but my pharmacy can't obtain it so have given me Teva. My last experience of that was not good. I know Teva wasn't well tolerated by some members so is there another brand I could try? Thanks for any help.

New Symptom or at least an exacerbation of an old one: pulsatile tinnitus.
Recently attempted another crack at taking T3 without too much success. In between times, can’t be absolutely sure exactly when, I have developed a new symptom I would like to check to see if anyone else has experienced similar. Two years ago after commencing with a new prescription of levo at 75mcg
