Advice after diagnosis due to Chemo
Hi I have just finished 8 cycles of chemo and 15 rounds of
radiotherapy
for breast cancer and all is good. However my recent heart scan compared to the one I had before treatment and one half way through shows that my heart has dropped a little.

Brain mets.
Has anyone here survived 3 months after
radiotherapy
on a NSCLC met to the brain? I'm concerned with my wife's prognosis as she has memory problems.

Considering options regarding salvage radiation.
"I had robotic radical prostatectomy in April 2019 with Gleason Score of 4+3, clear margins, and unilateral nerve sparing, (one seminal vesicle implicated). Since surgery I now have no problems with incontinence, and using Trimix injection (12 units) has work well for the ED. 18 months post-operation

ER+ HER2- MBC treatments
If on next pet uptake (SUVmax) increases, then
radiotherapy
on the tumors, but stay on same treatment. I'm puzzled because this doesn't seem to be the way most of you are treated. Thanks for your comments Lovexxx Lucie

diabetes and prostate cancer
I’m a stage lll patient with a tumor out and against the rectum. 18 months of ADT lupron and zytiga with near 40 rounds of radiation. I’ve been reading about a relationship between diabetes and prostate cancer. I was told that my treatment (reducing my testosterone) probably caused it to increase dramatically

Help expelling phlegm?
He's most recently gone through 13 sessions of
radiotherapy
and the cough that came with it is absolutely atrocious. He can feel the phlegm building up in the lung and struggles for a 30-45 mins multiple times a day to clear the right lung of the build-up.

newly diagnosed prostate cancer
And right grade 2 3+4 , he was told there was 3 ways of dealing with it, firstly active surveillance ( as it’s contained) or
radiotherapy
or surgery which he mentioned robotic, and that was it, and then told we would be having blood test in 12 weeks . Any advice

CAC Score of 477, what next?
Greetings, I always had borderline high cholesterol (190/200), In 2019 had a CT scan and was a bit shocked that it was 477 as I was very active with Crossfit..etc. That number, according to Dr. Google, is shockingly bad, and I stress every time I think about it. My cardiologist gave me a stress treadmill
