Update of status. BCR
Hi all, hoovering around 0.2 is ongoing for almost two years. Six years from RP. MSK nomograms are not applicable for adjuvant RT cases. Looking for more information on BCR, found something on the following link: https://www.urologytimes.com/view/defining-psa-nadir-after-definitive-therapy-in-prostate-cancer

Vitamin B Complex Vitamins -What to look for?
Hi everyone, I was planning to get a Vitamin B complex vitamin as my recent ferritin was 60 ug/L (range 13 to 150) and B12 was 77pmol/L (range 25 to 165) so although not terrible they could be improved. I guess people are not able to recommend particular brands but can anyone recommend what to look for

Some questions answered, some answers questioned, and Chemotherapy scheduled.
I exchanged emails with the MO over the weekend regarding the combination trials of Docetaxel and Radium 223. Below is a portion of the exchange. Part 1 explains why there was no treatment for 90 days. Part 2 the Medical Oncologist paragraph talks about his familiarity with the Docetaxel/Radium 223

Thursday 9/9/2021 was D for Decision Day--Locked and Loaded for Chemotherapy
I met with the oncologist and ran through my agenda efficiently. He was patient and spent a reasonable amount of time answering questions. As time went on, he suggested that the top 2 options, for the moment, were chemotherapy and radium 223. The oncologist said there isn’t a rush to begin, with no evidence

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Preparation for Treatment Decisions 90 Days after Immunotherapy Stopped.
When I ran a business, I always prepared an agenda. I find that taking the time to write things down and review them sets the agenda and keeps meetings moving in a positive direction while avoiding the possibility that something important gets lost. The week before last, I exercised moderately a few

Let’s start the week with one of my most favorite combination of powerful health beneficial veggies dish! 🌱😋❤️
Hello everyone, hope you have a great start of the week! 🤗 Today for Lunch, I sauté sliced Mushrooms and bitter melons in sesame oil and seeds with plenty of garlics and green onions. It is a simple dish but packed with health benefits and I enjoyed these gifts of Mother Nature. To me, that’s the true

B vitamins, B12 and multiple sclerosis symptoms
I read that there are many symptoms if b12 deficiency that are almost the same as Multiple Sclerosis. Does anyone have any information on this topic? I was looking into an article written by PhD students at a University in Australia. And they had compared such similarities between MS and a b12 and

Why Does High Dose Thiamine Work?
I like to keep challenging the items in my stack. HDT is in my stack. I believe in HDT. But why? So far I trust HDT because of the results from Dr Constantini and the testimonials. Time to look for some science: Neurological, Psychiatric, and Biochemical Aspects of Thiamine Deficiency in Children

Hello, everyone
I am a 74 year old man, generally fairly fit and well. I have type 2 Diabetes, and I am Urinary Incontinent having had issues with it most of my life (mainly Bed-wetting). Following a Radical Prostatectomy a couple of years ago, my incontinence is now total, and I need to wear Adult Nappies 24/7.

Thursday Lunch/Dinner: Roasted purple potatoes and mushrooms with rosemary & sage herb. 🍠🍄🥦🧅😋❤️🌺
Hello everyone, hope you all have a joyful day so far and a wonderful day ahead! 🤗 I remember my childhood, I always had a little sweet potato for breakfast and off to school. It was uplifting, tasty and comforting at the same time, besides the fact that a potato has even more potassium than a banana

Medichecks saying no B12 to be taken for 2 weeks before Advanced Thyroid Function test?
Here we go again! Stopped taking vitamin B complex one week before test as advised on forum but Medichecks saying no vitamin B12 should be taken for 2 weeks before test unless being prescribed by doctor in which case they would take this into account. Any comments most welcome please.
