Private endo who actually tests correctly and prescribes either t4 and t3 or NDT and is not bonkers!
Hi I would love recommendations for sane and sensible endocrinologists in the UK who do correct and fully thyroid testing and prescribe either t4 and t3 or NDT. Thank you!

ART Long-Term Mortality Low Regardless of Treatment in Local Prostate Cancer
Amazing! The headline states that there is ‘low’ mortality regardless of treatment for local PCa…really? Well, that did not make me feel very good as I opted for treatment! RP, followed by ADT for 6 months, followed by IMRT sRT, followed by 15 months of ADT post treatment…I was not feeling so good

Recommendation re supplements
Hi allI'm fairly new to the forum and I'm finding all your info and wealth of experience extremely helpful. Have learnt that addressing possible nutritional deficiencies is important before Thyroid hormone therapy can be optimally effective. I have Hashimotos and recently posted full thyroid panel results

I miss my cock. The size and appearance of my old fella was nothing remarkable. Circumcised, a tad over the average six inches when hard (I’ll admit to measuring my erection as an insecure teenager to confirm its normality), it nevertheless possessed what I’d like to consider a certain sleek elegance.A

Need help/input on Adjuvant vs salvage radiation after prostatectomy & extended lymph node dissection. Also studies/input on # fractions?
Looking for input on following questions: Are there any studies that show how common lymphedema is after ePLND? (25 nodes removed). Can you share them? Would the risk of lymphedema go up with 20 fractions vs 33 fractions? Any studies on efficacy of 20 vs 33? Lastly, based on history below, what

ADT or Hospice?
My 96 year old FIL was recently diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer which has metastasized to his liver, lymph nodes, pelvis and spine, with a compression fracture in L12. The family is at a crossroads, deciding between starting him on ADT or having him enter hospice. As the urologist described

Latest results - where to go next?
Hi all, I'm back with another request for your valuable input. I started levothyroxine treatment for Hashimoto's in February, and at my last review my GP agreed an increase to 62.5mcg (50/75 on alternating days). Things have improved in many areas - I seem to be back to a manageable level of energy in

Weight training and ADT
I thought maybe there was someone else out there who entered this treatment journey in good shape who might have some ideas for me on how to cope with ADT side effects. I am 59 years old and a little over 6 months into ADT. I will have between 6-12 months more. I started this prostate cancer journey

My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36,

Thyroid S
Hi fellow thyroid sufferers I’ve recently started on Thyroid S purchased from Thailand and am taking 2.5 grains like I did with my Thyroid T Man, I think it was called (pink tablets) and I don’t know whether it’s because I’ve not had great sleep lately or due to changing to this new NDT, but I’ve noticed
