Sudden Bone pain

I was diagnosed with blood cancer (Essential Thrombocythemia) 7 years ago and then with PC 2 1/2 years ago. Gleeson 4+3 with bone mets in ribs, hips, and one in skull.

I am on Abiraterone and prednisolone, plus hydoxicarbamide and clopidogrel for the ET. PSA is <0.01.

I have and still get hot flushes, but recently I get pain in my bones starting normally in calves and and forearms and then spreading to chest and rest of body. It can be very painful and lasts several minutes.

Welcome any ideas of cause and what I could do to stop it, as it is definitely getting more frequent.

Thank you all.

my husband get spasms and cramp up n legs and chest. At night he wears socks and pyjamas to bed and that helps. The chest cramps he just has to walk around stretching until the pain passes. We have tried changing diet, drinking more fluids but nothing helps.
