My standard of care drugs are doing a great job of keeping my
PSA
down, but it would seem inconsiderate not to look into giving them a bit of help.

It's only been 6 weeks post his surgery but a

Numb feet
Hi I have
PSa
and get very painful toes and other feet pain. My only question as I take all an sundry pills for all the issues I have is does anyone else get the numbness of their feet? it normally starts at the toes and then works back along the underside of my feet. Its most strange.

PSA
went from 1.3 in Jan 2023 to 11.7 this month. CT and Bone scans show bone mets somewhat stable but with activity, all bone no soft tissue. PET PSMA earlier this year did not show enough tracer activity to indicate Lutetium-177 (available at UC Davis, CA with long lead time).

Mets to Bones and Lymph nodes
PSA
3.74. Doubled in since May. We meet with the oncologist next week. He is having trouble peeing and hip pain. Other than those symptoms, he feels good. Spirits are down but that's expected with the diagnosis. I am overwhelmed with information.

right knee replacement
Osteopenia cleared up after 21 months with only bicalutamide, T rose to 226, and
PSA
has stayed less than 0.1. I finally have a new knee! It‘s painful but every night is a bit better than the night before and I can walk our property for the first time in years.

Letting Go
What I am about to say may seem easy from the perspective of undetectable
PSA
and clear scans these past 10 years. I assure you that at the time there was nothing easy about it. Letting go is a transition. It requires releasing perceived control over your life.

Break from ADT or not?
The
PSA
is 0.025. Your expertise and advice are greatly appreciated. Should my Dad continue with all 3 Lupron/Zytiga/Prednisone or should he continue only with Lupron or should he take a break from all 3? Thank you SO MUCH ❤️

Continue on Eclipse Trial or not?
After my 3rd LU 177I&T injection my
PSA
had become nondetectable, and the nuclear bone scans could did not shiw any tumors. Originally had three tumors for spine two very small and one medium. They seem to have disappeared.

Change in Carcinoma
My
PSA
started raising again in 2021. I opted for high dose brachytherapy and my
PSA
is 0.1. This year I had difficulty urinating and recently had a procedure similar to a TURP to remove tissue in my urethra near my prostate. This procedure has been successful.

What to expect with mets and no treatment
For example, has anyone here delayed treatment for a long time on purpose and is still living and
PSA
is still high? If so, what limitations they have (wheel chair or cane?), or someone who only discovered PCa after painful urinary symptoms or other symptoms of spread.

Decrease Nubeqa?
I'm 83, prostate cancer(
PSA
30) with negative bone scan, negative MRI, but PET shows multiple small mets throughout both lungs and multiple lymph nodes throughout the chest. Started with 600 mgm bid of Nubeqa, and Orgovyx 120 mgm once a day.

Alternate prostate treatment
Wondering if this is accurate: “In a recent study of 115 midlife and older men with low- to intermediate-risk prostate cancer who had their prostate gland completely treated via TULSA-Pro (ultrasound heat), 96 percent of participants saw their
PSA
levels fall by 75 percent or more within a year, 25

Boron and Fasting for the Prostate
I read taking boron as a suppl was good for the prostate and could lower
psa
. Has anyone tried Boron ? I went on a 10 day water fast and my
psa
went from 23 down to 15 in 1 month. but went back up to 24. Who knows when it comes to
psa
other than doubling time or if it drops to normal.
