Hi I have PSa and get very painful toes and other feet pain. My only question as I take all an sundry pills for all the issues I have is does anyone else get the numbness of their feet? it normally starts at the toes and then works back along the underside of my feet. Its most strange.
Thanks
Paul

Hi I have PsA and skin/nail psoriasis. I have problems with my feet particularly left. Joint pain toes, nail pain and achilles tendinitis. Ususal pills, gels, chiropody and rheumatology and dermatology. I too have started getting numbness/burning sensation soles of feet night time only. I don't have diabetes all a bit of a mystery. Sorry can't help. Doctors not interested. Hope you get some answers.
Esentepethabkx for answering. yes I don’t have diabetes but heart and lung issues and another horrid autoimmune disease. Night times are getting really bad at the moment but should be moving to biologicals next appointment on methotrexate and Leflunomide along with pain meds and also on warfarin hydroxychloroquinine amongst other fun tabs but can’t escape the pain yet doc wants to sterilise inject my feet but the thought of that leaves me queasy . If I knock my toes I could almost pass out.
I have Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis developed burning skin sensation and now have random numb spot on the bottom of big toe that comes and goes (weird) and I can no longer make a thumbs up with my right hand (even weirder ) …. You probably should see a Neurologist for the numbness before it gets away from you …. I was diagnosed with Small Fiber Neuropathy (no cause) I call bull sh!t on that diagnosis because in my book everything has a reason.
Also thyroid disease can cause issues and people like us with psoriasis and PSA can go on to develop thyroid disease .
Batty thanks for that. I’m under a neurologist as I have cerebral APS so that side is covered but they think it may be nerve damage caused by the PsA (all these A’S, S’s and P’s most confusing!)
Yes, one of my first symptoms. Particularly when sitting, my middle toes would go numb and the numbness would then travel along the underside of my feet just as you describe. I think it was related to inflammation in my lower spine that was picked up much later.
