confused about supplements and certain foods

greetings

I’m trying to get some clarity on what I can eat and take as supplements. My PSA is currently undetectable but clearly with ADT I’m trying to build or keep as much muscle as possible. I take creatine would like to add bcaa/lucene and glutamine. Any issues here?

Also I tend to consume a reasonable amount of Greek yogurt, mostly low-fat, and I add feta cheese to my salads and vegetables for lunch. Is dairy an issue? I hear so many different opinions and then I hear someone said that there are no studies that shows that any of these foods causes or promotes prostate cancer. I wish there was one place we can go to get science backed recommendations.

I started as vegan. That is ruff. I switched to vegetarian and later add fish. Dairy is ok try for non GMO eggs and cheese. For that matter stay away from all GMO, hormones, etc. I use almond milk for cereal and cooking.

Take vitamin D3 and lots of green tea.
