I read taking boron as a suppl was good for the prostate and could lower psa . Has anyone tried Boron ? I went on a 10 day water fast and my psa went from 23 down to 15 in 1 month. but went back up to 24. Who knows when it comes to psa other than doubling time or if it drops to normal. Their is a person name Guy who went from sent home to NED on the prostate/ met by doing a 40day fast . Ck out his story on Dr Berg YT channel. All I know 10 day fast was all I could do but it wasn't hard up until I hit the wall. It did drastically lower my psa, so this Guy ( his name ) may be on to something, he is legit posted his diagnostics 2016 I think and his NED results. He has a YT channel also. So I don't folks , many stories of fasting, and fasting and prayer. Many article on fasting 2 days prior and 2 days after chemo lessoned side effects long and short term. So many cancer patients that were left with no more conventional treatment options given months are here with us today because they took control over their cancer and tell their success story on how they did it. Do we only look to our inner self and faith for healing as a last option . I don't have a definitive answer other than my trust in Jesus. how about a quote by :seventeenth-century English author John Donne "No man is an island "

Depriving PC of methionine kills cancer. Fasting along with a whole foods plant based food plan prior to any treatment is a proven protocol. I know, I'm living it.

Hey fragrep,

How long did you fast?

I have read about fasting. There are those who support fasting to kill cancer, like you, who have had good results. Many who are healthy practice intermittent fasting, some taking a day off, fasting six days a week.

There are some interesting articles about fasting.

May you stay healthy my friend.

I prolong fasted 10 days, Guy states 21 days is min. Currently I only have 1 full meal a day. I need to do another attempt at a prolong fast. With Any fast prolong you must reintroduce food slowly break - fast with only say bone broth. Best to read up on the proper way. Not to dive deep but fasting helps strengthen P53 . Thanks wish you the best

Some men take boron to reduce SHBG, but I've not read that it reduces PSA.

Doesn't fasting cause autophagy? Cancer cells then find other ways to stay alive when there isn't enough food in your body.
