Pluvicto Question
Also
PSA
went down just slightly after infusion number two but went up a little from
PSA
after number two and now after number three.
PSA
Jan 9 30.85 ng/mL Feb 9 27.48 ng/mL and now Feb 28 30.689 not a huge increase but shouldn't it be goining steadily down if Pluvicto is successful?

Please forgive the lateness but here it is:Four years after prostectomy my
psa
began to rise. I had eight weeks of radiation to the prostate bed.
Psa
returned to nondetectable for eleven years. Two years ago my
psa
began to rise at an alarming rate it was doubling monthly if not more.

HoLEP for BPH followed by SBRT several months later for 4+3 = 7 PCa. Is it preferable to do the HoLEP before the SBRT?
PSA
8.8. Decipher 0.51.
PSA
density 0.11. Having HoLEP in May 2024 then SBRT several months later.

Update On Eclipse Trial-another failure. Has LU-177 worked for anyone?
I’m not sure if the the SBRT will continue to affect
PSA
causing it to become non detectable or if it stays the same. We know that Provenge does not affect
PSA
, yet any
PSA
level means cancer is somewhere.

Xtandi/Orgovyx Combo & Heart Rate
I am oligometastatic - one lymph node - and
PSA
is 0.07 with testosterone at 9.63. I am not castrate resistant. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced slowing heart rate (bradycardia) on this combo. (I also take Myrbetriq which may be contributing to a slower heart rate.) Thanks.

My MO suspects that I am non-metastatic, castration resistant but will not approve any treatment until metastases develop.
Stayed that way for two years then my T started to gradually increase to around 32 and my
PSA
stated going up.
PSA
went to 2.5 and my Johns Hopkins doctor said "I needed treatment." Had another Eligard injection and
PSA
dropped back to undetectable.

Short-term tactics to keep PSA in check
My anxiety (and it's running rampant currently) stems from the
PSA
scores. Currently, I'm at my zenith: 121. I still have no symptoms, but I worry about the spread of mets and the rising
PSA
. I feel like I'm in a race against time.

Improving Symptoms with Rising PSA
If prostate symptoms
(less urinary frequency/less urgent urination/finally can sleep through night)
are improving, but
PSA
is increasing
(from 10 to15)
over last few years where at
10
MRI was negative, what does kind of pattern indicate or suggests?

PCA Cure and when?
PSA
is 0 on ADT and Abiraterone and methylprednisolone. Averaged 8,600 steps/day. I have just started to add occasional sprinting. I am taking multiple supplements. I am greatful that my
PSA
is 0. I work everyday and pray for a cure. What is our best hope for a cure and when?

Some good news to start the day: Complete Response in First Patient Ever Treated with 2 Doses of Cu-67 SAR-bisPSMA at 8GBq...6 months
"The patient remains with undetectable levels of Prostate Specific Antigen (
PSA
) for almost 6 months, following the administration of the second dose of 67Cu-SAR-bisPSMA.
PSA
is a marker used to assess clinical response to treatment and an indicator of the recurrence of prostate cancer."

PSA Gone Up
In November 2023, I had my first
PSA
test since SRT and it was .008 ng/mL. I just got another
PSA
test yesterday and the number has gone up to .015 ng/mL. Should I be worried?
