Pluvicto Question

Just had third Pluvicto in fusion and Spect scan today and got results. Not sure what this means. If the findings are similar compared to the last scan why does this indicate"technically successful" therapy.

Also PSA went down just slightly after infusion number two but went up a little from PSA after number two and now after number three. PSA Jan 9 30.85 ng/mL Feb 9 27.48 ng/mL and now Feb 28 30.689 not a huge increase but shouldn't it be goining steadily down if Pluvicto is successful?

FINDINGS:

Whole body and SPECT CT images demonstrate multifocal radiotracer uptake involving osseous and nodal metastases. When compared to the prior 177Lu PSMA scan, findings are similar in distribution.

The expected normal uptake within the spleen and the liver is present.

IMPRESSION:

1. Technically successful Lu 177 PSMA-617 therapy.

2. Post therapy images demonstrated similar distribution of osseous and nodal metastases compared to 1/17/2024.

What i said was a little confusing. After infusion number two PSA was down a little .After number three it was back up to where it was before Pluvicto.
