WOW. , I get exhausted just reading about your athletic accomplishments. Keep up the , very uplifting , good work buddy. Looking good and inspirational.
Well buddy, I got outdoors the last two days in a row. Worked on the yard, serviced my air conditioning for the next summer season ( I’m also a certified A/C mechanic that can handle and buy ac gasses. A/c companies are prima donnas and come when they get around to it and charge absorbent rates. You can attend A/C school online and become certified fairly easily to do it yourself. ). Mannnnnnn ….. first time off my couch in a LONG time doing something ….. and I never knew I could hurt so many places rotflol. Omg …. Still it’s what I need and feels good ( at least mentally ) to have gotten out , in the sunshine - fresh air and doing something. Today I spent a couple hours out on the garage replacing the batteries in my etrike again. Heavy lifting and lots of physical labor and once again I can hardly move …..but I dearly need the exercise and fresh air and sunshine.
Seeing your exploits and all your getting out makes me want to “ get outside “ too buddy. You da man. lol
Mahalo Kal and Oh my that's so wonderful - it's always awesome to get out and do stuff, and be productive 😃Good for the soul, psyche, mood all of the above 😆
Glad to be a lil impetus to overcome that inertia - a body at rest will stay at rest unless acted upon by another Force
lol …. It’s not enuf with your plate already filled to overflow is it. You are handling it too well …. Let’s throw on some of the “ awful scabs “ see how he handles that . Dang … seems like they pop out on us old guys too often. Seems like the drugs and strain we put on our bodies for cancer treatments causes them to pop up too. No doubt a causative effect .
I get little minor breakouts ….. I just pour lighter fluid on mine and and light it .. and stab them out with an ice pick. rotflol. Disclaimer: Just kidding, this is intended as a humorous interlude and nothing to do real life. Do not , ever , use an ice pick or lighter on your or anyone’s body.
Dang dooooode.. tell that junk to get outta dodge ( it won’t listen of course but you might feel better ).
Thanks for the "danger" warnings but "Dolly" my blow up doll already forbids me to carry an ice pick or a cigarette lighter on my person. In fact I can't even wear trousers with metal zipper teeth (fly) and must use button trousers instead. She's afraid of getting pricked by my metal teeth when we're dancing real close (when my wife is at work).
Geez oh Golly, sounds like a lot of work just to cover up my metal zippers.. I'll stick to the buttons and the ditty I sing to the tune of Stormy Weather...
Are you still working full time during the week ? I’ll bet that stuff on your shoulder drives you crazy while working if you are. Probably all the time. Man, you are one tough hombre buddy …
Impressive buddy …. Maybe keeping on working takes your mind off “ everything “ , that’s good therapy. Plus you get those Ventura and theatre breaks too. ( no better place to reflect on life and recharge your psyche than Ventura ). Looks like you have it dialed in nicely my brother … good stuff.
