Xtandi/Orgovyx Combo & Heart Rate

My MO added Xtandi to my Orgovyx regimen in late January. I am oligometastatic - one lymph node - and PSA is 0.07 with testosterone at 9.63. I am not castrate resistant. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced slowing heart rate (bradycardia) on this combo. (I also take Myrbetriq which may be contributing to a slower heart rate.) Thanks.

Slow heart rate does not seem to be an effect of Myrbetriq (mirabegron). "Mirabegron can cause a fast heart rate where you can feel your heart beating faster than usual for no obvious reason..." nhs.uk/medicines/mirabegron...

I took Myrbetriq for a couple of months a few years ago, and do not remember any effect on heart rate. I don't notice it from my Orgovyx, either, so maybe it's from the Xtandi.
