Improving Symptoms with Rising PSA

If prostate symptoms (less urinary frequency/less urgent urination/finally can sleep through night) are improving, but PSA is increasing (from 10 to15) over last few years where at 10 MRI was negative, what does kind of pattern indicate or suggests?

There's nothing about your diagnosis and treatment history in your profile. You are posting on an advanced prostate cancer forum, so you have metastases: how many and where?

You mentioned MRI but not any sensitive scans. I suggest that it is time for an Axumin or Pylarify scan to determine what is going on and where.

Never heard of those. Don't know if my doctor has either. Will check. Might prefer them over biopsy any day.
