PSA 3.12 after 3/17 radical prostatectomy. Future treatment thoughts?
I'm new to Advanced Prostate Cancer, moving "up" from Prostate Cancer Network due to recent pathology results after da Vinci radical
prostatectomy
(RP) on March 17 in Spokane, WA, with Dr. Raymond Lance, who had more than 2,000 da Vinci RPs under his belt. I feel very good about this choice.

L’arginine
I had a radical
prostatectomy
4 years ago. Cancer reappeared in the pelvic area so I had 39 radiation treatments. Anyways, I’m wondering if L’arginine (Vialis is the brand) is safe with my past experiences.

Radical prostatectomy successful - now what?
6 weeks after surgery and my recovery has progressed relatively well. My first post-surgery blood test showed my PSA score to be 'undetectable'. My urinary control has been excellent, I'm walking as much as 10 miles at a time without any ill-effects, and I've recently also began incorporating some mild

Health Risks Associated With Long-Term Finasteride and Dutasteride Use: It's Time to Sound the Alarm
When my
prostatectomy
failed 16 years ago, I wasn't concerned that salvage radiation increased the risk of other cancers. Those risks were not apparent for 5 years. I was starting to think short term. For those taking the long view, this paper may be of interest.

A Pain in the Butt
For a whole year after my
prostatectomy
I felt like I had a "charley horse" in my right butt cheek. I complained about it to my medical oncologist and he had a radiation oncologist zap my sacrum with 800gys of IMRT. About two weeks later the pain was gone!

Just getting started on the merry-go-round.
After a PSA score of 12.9 and a positive biopsy, I opted for a non-robotic radical
prostatectomy
from an expert surgeon. This was in early October 2019.

New here. Shook up and looking for the urologists who has done the most Prostatectomies in Sarasota Florida?
Doc says I’ll need radiation or
prostatectomy
. Both have high risks of severe side effects after three HIFU’s. I need to find the best surgeon or radiologists I can.

Why Erleada after Lupron doesn't work and PSA is 24 with no signs of cancer? anywhere after all scans negative.
Had radical
prostatectomy
11 years ago. PSA is 24...and now on Erlaeda Chemo pills for 2 1/2 months and feeling fatigue he has never felt. All other scans show no cancer anywhere so does anyone have any thoughts on what to do instead of Erleada and WHY the dr. wants him on Chemo?

End to active surviellance
I had a laparoscopic
prostatectomy
on Marh 2nd, the doctor was optimistic and said the surgery went well. I received the results yesterday, lymph node negative, cancer organ confined, the amount of cancer only slightly more than the biopsy, and no evidence of cancer outside of the prostate.
