Anyone else had this?
Accelerated and amplified hormone and lymph type response? Surely adrenaline or similar hormone driving it. Almost simultaneous symptoms of achey painful armpits, needle jabs in either breast at the side or on top, lumpy throat (ie, around thyroid) sometimes hard to swallow, rock-hard lumps either

Any advice greatly appreciated
Ok I will try to keep this brief, I was diagnosed with endo after lap in December 2013, was found to be very severe and my surgeon decided it was too diffuse to lazer anything, so I was fitted with the coil. This didn't help with the pain, although it has now stopped my periods, witch is quite nice

Can Prostap Cause Long Term Joint Problems?
Hi everyone, I have had two courses of prostap, one for 6 months and the other for approx 18 months. My last injection was about 6 months ago when I had a total hyst and I still have very bad bone and joint pain. I am waiting to see a Rheumatologist. Has anyone else suffered from long term joint pain

Trapped wind? Is it an endo symptom?
Hi Ladies I seem to have developed another possible endo symptom this week and wondered if anyone else has had it? My stomach has been a bit off all week, odd bit of diarrhea (sorry!) and feeling nauseous. Then yesterday I had to walk further than normal from my car to work (1/4 mile) carrying heavy

Knowing "where" your endmetriosis is
The more I explore this forum, the more I see people referring to having certain types of endo/in certain places ie "on the uterus wall" or "recto-vaginal" or whatever and referring to their endo as being a certain stage. I was originally diagnosed just over two years ago, when I was still a student

Consultant wants me to repeatedly go on/off prostap?
Hi, I'm new here but was diagnosed with endometriosis two years ago, when I was 22, after suffering for about 8 years. There's a tonne of stuff I just want to get off my chest because I feel like none of my friends/family/fiance truly understand some of the things, and I need to know that other people

3 months Prostap and 3 months mini pill before ttc.
Hi Everyone. Some of you may have read my previous posts...I've recently had an op to remove a rather large nodule of endo from my bladder. (Was in between bladder and uterus) Surgery was a success, and thankfully no endo else where, ovaries and tubes all normal. The advice from my gynae was 3 months

Pros tap injections help please!!
Hey, I'm just trying to gather more information about prostap injection that I've started to see if it will help the symptoms of endometriosis. I had my first injection on the 28th of June and within two days my bleeding stopped and I felt absolutely fine. But a week later I bled again but it didn't

Pain, pain, pain
Hi guys, I've been on prostap injections for the last 3 years with livial addback and I've had absolutely no pain or endo symptoms at all. On the 28th June I got a sudden onset of pain and was admitted to hospital, I had a week of intravenous antibiotics and then a laparoscopy in which they removed

Has anyone had prostap/ zoladex immediately before ivf?
I will be having my 5th lap to treat stage 4 endo in Oct. Ive been advised to have zoladex straight after surgery for 6 months, then straight into ivf. Ive previously had 6 months prostap and felt awful, but then a gap before the trials and tribulations of ivf. Just wondering about the benefits of doing

My last injection was about 6 months ago a when I had a total hyst and I still have very bad bone and joint pain. What's the difference between prostap and depapeptyl?
I am on the gnrh monthly injections and was told before I started them that I would be having prostap. Just had 3rd injection and found out I'm actually on decapeptyl. Are they similar does anyone know of any differences apart from the cost

Endo symptoms without periods?
I may be clutching at straws, but would value feedback. I was diagnosed in 1989 having a laparoscopy, and had ovarian cysts too, given male hormone tablets, then again in 1994 had severe Endo, has prostap, a treatment given by injection for 6 months, which is a prostate treatment, I was then on the

Hi Is anybody on Prostap injections & still getting severe pain?
Hi i'm on prostap injection monthly, i'm on month 4 & am still experiencing some pain, sometimes it can be quite severe. There has been reduction in the amount of times I'm in pain but I'm not pain free. Has anyone else experienced this & what was the outcome?? Thanks

GP still not really listening to me, what can I do?!
Hi ladies, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Endo earlier this year. I'm on my 2nd course of Prostap injections with HRT. I'm still under just a general Gynae, although there is a Provisional Clinic at the same hospital. When I went for my last injection, I saw a different consultant, who worryingly didnt

Has anyone switched from Zoladex or Prostap to using Nafarelin as a nasal spray, rather than continuing with implant?
Hi all, I had my first Zoladex implant last week, after a massive cyst and endometriosis flare up, where I ended up in hospital (I was due to have a lap to remove the cyst but because of the flare up and inflammation they suggested a course of Zoladex to reduce the inflammation before operating). I've
