Osteoporosis and prolia
Just wondering if anyone that took
prolia
had similar experiences and if so, how long it took before symptoms went away. Thank you for your responses.

For the pro. Nutrients, digestion, autoimmune disease and prednisone
I am getting shots of
prolia
. I would hope anyone reading your post would take heed of your advice. A special thank you for the article in the New Yorker magazine from 2013. It takes a very smart pro to find this in a New York magazine from England or Italy and post it for all to see.

Strontium ranelate stopped working
and I would be interested to hear if anyone has experience of another good drug, I don't want oral bisphosphenates, and was looking at
Prolia
or Aclasta. Thank you for listening.

CNS vasculitis - I'm new here
I am also still on prednisolone but after losing 10% of my bone density in the space of 12 months, I now have a
prolia
injection every 6 months. I am holding pretty steady on this treatment, but my doctors are no longer hopeful that I will achieve remission.

Bone idle
I then tried the six monthly
Prolia
injection to which I experienced lots of side effects for the duration of the six months. It has now been suggested to try Strontium Renelate. I am quite anxious about starting this as I am now feeling so much better having had four months break from the meds.

Prolia
I noticed some posts absolutely trying to deter people from taking
Prolia
. I am on the 4th year of 6 monthly injections and have no side effects. I have had 4 fractures and since beginning treatment am happy to state that I haven't had anything go amiss :-)

any thoughts!!
So my gp gave me a choice of Fosavance or
Prolia
injection. Since the tablets are weekly I went with them because I felt that if I needed chemo, it was easier to stop tablets and have chemo than have
prolia
built up in my system.

Hello
I'm a 54 yr old female and I've had asthma since birth. Now for the past I don't know how many years, I've been on ProAir HFA, Flovent, Foradil, and spiriva. It worked great. But foradil went bye-bye. So I just went to a new lung dr. and now things are not good! I tried Breo with a LOT of breathing

Reduce or not
Started
Prolia
for bones three weeks ago and the side effects are achy body and lowEr abdominal pain with gas and bloating. Can't tell if the stomach issues are the reason the CRP and esr have risen. Have had bowel issues for a long time but have managed.

Fosteum for osteporosis?
Another odd thing was someone from his office called and said he wanted me to see another gyn there who treats osteoporosis and she also started talking about
prolia
. I told her I wasn't going to take it and then she backed off and said I could just see him at my appointment.

Asthma?
This whole thing started with a coughing fit that was like walking pneumonia, got on antibiotics and it went away a while. Then I started having nightly coughing fits, had a spirometer test and allergy. After spirometry the pulmonologist put me on ProAir and Symbicort. I got off them once I started feeling
